Mr George pick up the phone to save my week I asked for Sunday morning and got 9am, they pulled my vehicle straight in. He asked the proble I said my rear brakes I can hear a clunk. They checked all four no pressure to over sell me they agreed front good back nope lol. Good catch & ear for a female my rotors In tact no scrapes of marks. He even pointed and explained (he didn't know I was a Army Mechanic) just tired of being tired to do myself. He showed me my brake shoes I had a little left but to little for my taste & ear and a new set. He gave me all the pricing up front no hidden cost. They put In new brake fluid, new rear brakes checked my emergency brakes gave me labor and work warranty with a good price and I was out of there. I was only one on waiting room comfortable watching a movie on my phone. Mr George kept me updated on the service process the kind of place you want to go to and not be ripped off. I'm great full and will be back for any issues and oil changes. You all were very professional. I went yesterday and replaced my two front tires with brand new Michelin tires at Tire Kingdom in Cape Coral on Del Prado and I was told I need brake pads & roters so I decided to take my car over to Pep Boys instead for an estimate, and when Pep Boys looked at my car, they said my front left front Lugnuts have been stripped on my new left front tire. I had just picked up my car from Tire Kingdom on Del Prado in Cape Coral so this was quite a disappointment that Tire Kingdom they didn't even tell me about it and left it this way.. this review would only allow me to put one star as the lowest rating. read more

Horrible just, absolutely horrible customer service. Rich who works has a very bad attitude and does not treat his customers well. When I went to get my tire looked at; all the other customers there were very unsatisfied with him as well. Not only that, they did a horrible job on the patchwork for my tire. I called back to try talk about what happened and spoke ti me VERY rudely, just like everyone else & hung up on me. Also had the audacity to ask me to leave a 5 star review for $10 dollar discount. I went to LEALS TIRES & they told me they did a bad job at the tire repair!! I highly recommend leals tires for all your tire needs!!! read more

These criminals wish they deserved ONE star! My mother was in an accident so I had to rush to FL from NC. While I was there I went to this tire kingdom on Del Prado for a time oil change and tire rotation. When we drove off the lot, we didn't make it 10 feet before my entire car started shaking and pounding. We called them immediately as we we're trying to maneuver a U-turn to take my vehicle back. They "forgot" to tighten my lug nuts on my front passenger side tire. When we got back, they tightened the bolts. The manager locked herself in her office for 45 minutes before even attempting to address the situation. This warped my rim and caused damage to my almost brand new car. Not to mention caused us to potentially be seriously injured We called corporate who agreed that if we submitted an estimate, they would take care of it. Back in NC, I took my car to the shop and got the estimate. We were the. Told that it wasn't approved, because the district manager said he could find cheaper. He was on vacation, and both he and corporate let us know about the "favor" he was doing for us. After agreeing that his company damaged my car, he agreed to pay for it only on the condition that we send a paid invoice. He said, "How do I know you'll use the money to fix your car?!". To which I replied, it's none of your business what I do with that money, YOUR company damaged MY vehicle. So now not only do we have to come out of pocket on a brand new rim, we'll see if they actually pay it! They refuse to let us talk to anyone in upper management. These people are unprofessional, careless, and could give two flying Efs about customer service. Corporate needs to pay attention to this location and start cleaning house before they end up killing someone! BEWARE!!! read more

Took my car here because they were one of the few places that could get me in same day for a vibration issue. Went in to get the tires balanced and rotated and left thinking all was good. Get the car back and suddenly my car is pulling hard to the left when breaking. Took the car back in asking why that would be the case, and the guy at the front desk said, "that's convenient timing, but we didn't touch the brakes". Then why is my car suddenly having this issue when I get it back?! They tell me now that I need to replace -insert part here- and recommend doing the other one at the same time, which means I'm out $1k after the $400 I already spent on the tire job. I say I can't do it since it's too expensive, so they instead quote me for the one, which still ends up being $700. I go ahead and do it because I'm sick of dealing with car issues by this point, but now my car makes grinding noises when coming to a stop!!! I am nervous to take it back to have them attempt to fix that issue, because who knows what might be wrong with my car when I get it back again. 2 stars only because the guy who helped us was nice, but even that might have been part of the scheme. Buddy of mine with 25+ years experience (retired) warned me against going through with it, said they were screwing me. Should have listened. Update 8/28: stopped by to pick up my receipts to provide a new mechanic and when on the phone going over the previous work, guy said "well THAT was a bad idea" regarding fixing one side of the brakes instead of both--when they were the ones who suggested it could be done in the first place. 2 star now a 1. I got new tires and I drive out the parking lot I see tire pressure low.... I went back and told Tire Kingdom that tire was low pressure...they found out that they broke my tire pressure gauge... I told them that they were responsible they said no...turns out the tire was changed by a first time tire worker...fuck them go somewhere else read more

After a detailed phone conversation, an appointment was scheduled to repair a nail in my run flat. I was assured that this was done at this location. Wait time was a week for this appointment but I was offered free air if needed in the interim. When I arrived for my appointment the wait time to check in was about 15 minutes as staff was minimal. When I finally got to the desk, the Service Representative seemed confused that I even had an appointment. I then pointed to my name on the board. He asked what kind of car I had. He stated "we don't repair run flats". I told him that I was assured that you did when I scheduled. He dismissed me with, "No we don't work on run flats". Total waste of time! I needed a simple alignment done for my trip to GA. I went in 3 different times because the first time they TRIED to do my alignment it was done incorrectly. The 1st time I went into tire kingdom on del prado, I was given a business card with the employees name and number (jerod) hand written on there and was told that he runs a mobile mechanic shop. The second time I went in there, he actually drove my car with me in it and tried to reassure me that the alignment was in fact, correct. Now the THIRD time I went in, I came back from GA and had a very uncomfortable trip and the alignment was worse than before. Needless to say I got my money back, but I will never EVER be going back and I DO NOT recommend this establishment. Thank You. read more

They are awesome beat the dealership and competitors prices. I saved $40. on both a power steering flush and a coolant flush that I was quoted elsewhere. The service manager Carlos and the sales manager John went above and beyond to fit me in and have the work performed right away. Also we bought the tires here as well and thank goodness we purchased a road hazard warantee with the tires. No need to go elsewhere they are the best. read more

Unfortunately there isn't a "0 star" option here, so I had to go with one star. I had an appointment booked for the first opening of the day, which I booked a whole week in advance, so I got there before they opened and there were some people waiting at the door. So they open at 8 o'clock and old man at the register starts taking people in the order that they came in, he took about 15 min to process the first person, who had no appointment, and then handed the car keys to the mechanic, (who had been waiting around for the first costumer), to which the mechanic replied "what about the first appointment?" And Old man says "that's what you got right now". Then a couple more walk-ins go through before it was my turn at about 8:30 am, I explained that I needed an alignment, and old man said it would be a couple hours before they could take my car in, and then about another hour for the job, because of the amount of work that they had with one mechanic and all of those walk-ins, so I explained that my appointment was at 8 o'clock, and he answered that a certain employee would not show it to work for another hour or two and there was nothing he could do. I could not wait all that time since I'd be stuck there, and that's why I booked so far ahead and made sure I had the first appointment of the day. I used a coupon that promised oil change and tire rotation for a reasonable price. When I arrived for my appointment they offered to reschedule me because they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. I said I would wait since I was already there. 90 minutes later they informed me the car was ready. I drove away and immediately noticed the one bad tire sensor I have was still in the right front position on the car. It always moves when the wheel is moved. I drove it a bit, shut it off and started it a few times and drove it back to their shop. It was obvious to me the wheels were not rotated. The mechanic came out and told me they did rotate the wheels. When I showed him the bad sensor, and the unchanged position on the dash indicator... well the look on his face said it all.
