Went to Tire Kingdom to get 2 tires plugged because they had nails in them. The tech put the vehicle on the lift, pulled the nails and tested the tires and determined that the nails did not puncture the tires. I was at the shop about 30 min and they did not charge me anything. Its hard to find honest auto repair places but today the people at Tire Kingdom were just that, honest. Came for a tire rotation and Engine Oil Change with Wife's car. Probably one of the nicer shops I've been to (new) and staff was pleasant. However, they refused to rotate the tires due to front being worn and rear being good (point of rotation) and indicating alignment and new tires needed, but still had life left (again..point of rotation). Car sat on hoist for 80 minutes (yes I timed it because it altered the timing for the remainder of my day) prior to finish for the oil change and still charged $84.00 for Blend. Couldn't help but to wonder if I was being punished because I refused purchase of new tires and alignment. Either way, I drove into a competitor with my car 2 days ago and got same synthetic blend change for $49.99 and i was in and out in under 10 minutes. Learned my lesson and sucks that your first review has to be a 2, but that's on you and while your location is way more convenient, I won't be back and only reason for a 2 as opposed to 1 was staff was decent and shop was awesome. Wait time for a simple oil change was unacceptable and I know because I worked in a tire/service shop performing these services for 2 years between schooling. read more

Wife got AAA to put the spare tire on after she got a flat tire . She went to Tire Kingdom to get flat tire patched which they did. They removed the spare tire and put on the patched one in its place. Instead of putting the spare back on the spare tire holder under the truck bed they threw it in the truck bed. They said there were zip ties connected to the holder and were afraid something might be wrong with the holder and that is why they put it in the bed. They did not spend any time examining the holder and only assumed it was non functioning. I brought the truck back four days later for them to do what they should have done in the first place. They informed me it would be a 1-2 hour wait because half of their people did not show up for work. Their building interior is very unattractive, the tv did not work except for an automotive commercial loop and the manager was cold and unreasonable with his excuses. While waiting I called Firestone tire and they could fix it within 15 minute so I went there instead. The Firestone people were super nice, understanding and had the spare mounted on the holder in 10 minutes. The interior was very nice, the tv worked and the manager was a dream to work with. They found no problem with the holder at all. I will never ever go back to a Tire Kingdom ever again. read more
