Went there this evening for a nail in tire on my back drivers side . Been there before for a nail situation and they fixed it with no issues .. this time The young lady whom was very kind stated they could not find a leak after pulling the nail. I asked her kindly to check it for leaks again, she told them what to the next thing I know another guy with long beard stated I needed a new tire it was bald. I said I just came to fix tire with nail in it he said it was leaking . I said I was just told it was not leaking and the nail is out. They supposedly checked it again .. the next thing I know he comes out and says I need a new tire it's leaking around the rim . I ultimately had no choice so I get it paid a ridiculous amount of $ . They come out and tell me they replaced the front driver side which mind you I never spoke of ONCE !! So back tire is still leaking with nail and I bought a front tire unknown to me until i got in tire and they replaced the WRONG TIRE.. and the back one is far from bald and not was the front one !! Made a 9AM appointment yesterday expecting things to be organized, but when we got here there was already a line of people -- all with 9AM appointments too. It's now almost 12PM and nothing has been done. What's the point of scheduling appointments if everyone is booked at the same time and left waiting for hours? I had an 8:00 am appointment and was told that it would take 2-3 hours and I would get a call. At the 3 hour mark I called to check on my vehicle and was told they had 14, 8:00 appointments and my car was still in the same spot it was in when I dropped it off. First, why would you schedule 14 appointments at the same time knowing it wasn't possible to get them all taken care of. Almost 6 hours later I get a call it is ready. If I could give them a -star I would. I brought my car in to get a slow leak fixed on a run flat tire. They flats cannot be repaired so I bought a new one the next day. I had another tire with a slow leak ordered a new tire when it came in, I brought it in to get a changed the next I had another tire with a slow leak. this seems very fishy to me. so I called and ordered another tire one week went by no that my tire came in. I called them and they said they have no record of ordering me a tire so I ordered another. No again for a week. I think they know I'm onto them about puncturing tires. I went to Lake tire auto and they said sure we can fix your run flat tire. Definitely don't go to tire kingdom if you have run flat. a bunch of scammers. read more

I got a large metal nail in my tire this morning and went there to ask if they could pull it out....the technician showed me the leak that the nail had caused and fixed it right there without an appointment (it was a quiet time of the day luckily). The tire was not installed by them but they are just super helpful. I will go there next time I need tire help of any sort. read more

This review is only for the Eustis location. I had not gone to any of the other Tire Kingdom locations.....Well I thought I finally found a auto center and garage to take my car to. Went for an oil change a few months back and that went OK. So I thought I'd have them check a engine light that I wanted a price on after code was entered. I did have 2 other places enter the code and was told by both places what the issue was and part was needed. I took it to Tire Kingdom in Eustis with the same diagnosis from them and to wait and they would do it for me. It was my wife's care and she was off this day. They gave me the price and we agreed to have it done while I waited! This was about 8:30 am! They ordered the purge valve and it was delivered to store about 9:30 am. Ok no problem I have time as long as car was getting done. I noticed another hour went by about 10:30. I asked Dave if everything was OK. He said it's not the right part and they will bring the right one soon! Huh, wrong part? Who's fault was that? Dave said they were looking for the right part! Again he quotes me a price of roughly 200.00 to pop in a 50.00 part, and that is their job to do with their expertise and my trust in them on the estimate that we agreed on. Dave did ask me if I wanted to leave car and come back later on. I told him I already waited over 2 hours and only had this car to leave in. It's now 11:30 am, 3 hours went by so far, I asked him if he received the part yet. Dave said he's still waiting! I asked him, why there is no purge valve part. They are all over the internet! All shapes and sizes that fit my Vin number and model!...I'm now scensing something else after 3 hours of waiting. Never even heard the conversation about locating this part. Looking at my watch, it's now 12:45 pm. One of the mechanics was also sitting in the waiting room when I finally got the news on the purge valve part! Over 4 hours had passed and was told part had to be ordered and the new price will be $625.00 from $190.00! I asked Dave why the heck was everything over 3 time the quote? He responded, I can have it sent over night and it the right part!!! The mechanic sitting at the desk turned his head over towards me and just shook his head in disbelief as well as 2 other patrons who heard the conversation. Even the guy that worked there couldn't believe it and I told Dave, that was ridiculous! I told Dave to put old part back in so I can finally leave. One of the customers followed me out the door and said to me how terrible I was treated and how he worked in the auto trade before he retired and never saw that kind of bait and switch right in front of a mechanic and 2 customers. I feel this is how it is now. You trust professionals to be honest with you from the start and stick to a quote in a timely manner. I walked out of there, drained and lost over half a day trusting a company to keep a promise given to me. I would had even come back, once they got the part in and payed them to install it as the quoted and promised me. Shame on Dave and shame on taking advantage of someone who only wanted to pay for a service promised. When I got home, my wife was shocked at how I and this was handled! Never again. Not even a sorry from Dave for waiting and for tripling the quote! Unbelievable experience. read more

I stopped at Tire Kingdom a couple months ago and asked about installing taillight assembly. Jason said yes and it would cost $25. In meantime I had a headlight bulb burn out. Stopped in again and mechanic checked it and told me what to order. When I went back for installament....Jason.....said it would cost $75 for install of lightbulbs which were just pop out/pop in!!!! I asked why such a different cost in the two installs and he got very snarky and didn't really give me a reason. I left there and will never be back. I don't know if he thought I was just an old lady who didn't know anything. But my background is in Quality and also automotive!!! read more

We have been going to tire kingdom for many years and quality of service and work depend on location. This location is average at best. My recommendation to them is if a customer comes in request a tire rotation and balance please do just as the customer asks. Do not try to haggle them with recommendations of this, that and you need this. Not even tire related things they say you need most of the time. Stick with the topic the customer came in for. If it's automotive then that should be topic of discussion. If it's tires, stick with that topic. Lately Tire kingdom feels like the kiosks at a mall when your are walking y and try to insist to buy their merchandise. Please don't get me wrong. I will continue getting my tires at Tire kingdom. I have been coming to this Tire Kingdom for over 10 years and now it's the only one we will ever go too. Chris and Jason are the best! Always polite, honest and upfront about what's going on with your vehicle. When my husband and I moved out to Orlando we had terrible experiences at EVERY TIRE KINGDOM out here. So unfriendly, no customer service, always price gauging and never timely with servicing your vehicle. A tire story. Needed two front tires on the Cadillac Escalade went to Tire Kingdom, they wanted $614 out the door but initially quoted me $249 a tire but with added installation and fees total was going to be $614. I asked about veteran discount was told yes but can't tell the percentage until they totaled the ticket after payment. Told them take it off the lift and I'll pick up. Took it to Discount tires and Mr. Snow came out looked at tires and confirmed they were separating it that is a manufacturer defect, got me a pro-rated discount walked out with a total for two tires of $188. Needless to say, never will I go to Tire Kingdom again, yes to Mr. Snow at Discount tires. Refreshing to have an honest employee who regards customer service as a priority. Tire Kingdom should of told me it was a manufacturer defect and applied the credit. Avoid. read more

I went in to see why my brake lights and abs lights were on my dash I had replaced my rotors and pads a year ago. They checked and redid the front two under warranty and also let me know about a recall on my car regarding the sensors. The manager I believe he said his name was "D" was great. This particular location is giving Tire kingdom a bad name. To be fair I have had tire service completed ony wife's car at the Apopka FL. location. The quality of work and customer service was excellent. Recently took my car in for a oil change, tire patch and the tires rotated. (My car has expensive aftermarket wheels.) When they dismounted the tire they gauled up the wheel lip in 3 places. Looks like they used to much force trying to pry the tire off the wheel. They somehow managed to not reinstall the tape on wheel weights on two tires, also were using the wrong socket to remove lugnuts which scratched up the inside of the lug nut bores. read more

I went in to get tires. The price was competitive. They however tried to get me have service done on my car to the tune of over $1200. I took it to my mechanic of over 30 Years. Very disappointed. Advertised tire repair on their site was $19.99 but actual repair cost $27.98 ($32.74 with tax). Took dismounted wheel with flat tire in Saturday and was told that everyone was busy and no one was available to see if it was repairable. Told to bring it in next day. Couldn't make it Sunday so took it in 9:00 AM Monday and told it was repairable but would take a while. Was not ready for pick up until late Monday afternoon. Did not have time to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to be available to install it so we had to pick it up and install it ourselves. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. The guy at the desk who takes the info is a nice guy. Wants to take care of his customers, but their "techs" if you even want to call them that. Came in for an alignment. Wait a half hour after being told I'm up next. Desk guy comes back in and tells me that his alignment tech went on lunch. 1 hour 40 minutes pass when they only give an hour lunch, guy tells me he has no clue where his employee is. Let alone an alignment is suppose to be $74.99, I agreed to $146 after tax because I have a "lifted truck" my cousin owns a tire kingdom in Lakeland who agrees price should of been 74.99. Don't care about the price because they're the only shop with a wide enough rack. Get told their employee seems to not be coming back. So would highly recommend staying the hell away from here. read more

Had an appointment for a wheel alignment. When I went in the manager told me an alignment wouldn't help because I needed tires. I had been putting off buying new tires but knew they were about due so I agreed to it. When I went back to pick up my car he told me that he had been trying to get in touch with me because my car also needed brakes. He said I needed front and rear brakes and rotors, a $1,200 job. I told him that my brakes were under warranty with Pep Boys and that I was going to take the car there for the break job. I told him I had them checked a little over a year ago and they were fine. He said a year was a long time for brakes. I then told him I only drive about 10,000/yr. At that he rudely said I needed to get out more. When I had Pep Boys check the brakes they told me I did need front brakes but the rear brakes were fine and they showed me the measurements on both of them. I had to pay Pep Boys for the front rotors only. I guess because I am a women The manager at Tire Kingdom thought I was and easy mark. I will never go there again for anything other than tire warranty service. read more

When I got there the guy acted like he didn't care if I bought a tire or not. He said they didn't have any of those but he could get me one in two days for $123.00! I showed up to a scheduled appointment (30min early) just to be told that some woman had called to. Change the appointment. I told the manager that there was no way that any woman would have done that, but he refused to take any blame for the mistake and stated that who ever called had all my information. I asked if the could still fit me in but they refused to work with me stating that they had already filled my spot. Made an appointment for 9am then called and spoke to the same person and changed the appointment to 8am when I realized I would not have time to get my daughter to work with the 9am appointment. When I explained what had happened the attendant never apologized just said there were other people ahead of me and there was nothing he could do. I had to cancel and rearrange my whole day. I had found a great special on an oil change (conventional) with a "free rotation of tires" for a final total of $29.29. I made an online appointment for 4/13/19 for 4:00 pm. I walked in around 3:45 pm to a counter where a man with a NASTY over grown beard that completely covers his mouth and connects to his chin. I said "hello, I have an appointment scheduled at 4:00 pm for an oil change." He responds "how can I help you" in a very direct tone of voice. I repeated what I said that I have an appointment that I scheduled online for 4 pm. He then says again..."how can I help you" in a very condescending tone of voice. I took out my phone to show him the online appointment and the products I was suppose to receive. Because he wouldn't look at my phone, I pointed out that I signed up for a special (the only reason I went there) for the conventional oil change and a free rotation of tires. He responds. "I can't look at that. My system is not connected to the online scheduling." Very rude. So, he is taking a lot of time trying to find the appointment that took me less than 2 mins to sign up. Finally, he "signs" me up to a sheet that pointed out the conventional oil change and the rotation of tires. When he left the room, I asked another gentleman what his name was and could I have a card. I was handed a card with the name Jason Kirby. My car was finally taken in at 4:25 pm. I purposely sat next to the window to watch the service on my car. I just felt that Jason Kirby was going to be dishonest about my car. An older gentleman, who was very very slow, was working on my car for over 30 mins. Jason Kirby came back in to ask me "who did work on your car last". I said my mechanic in Orlando. He proceeds to tell me ALL the covers, including an "air take box" was upside down and were not properly placed back on the last service. The funny thing about this, I watched the older gentleman TAKE the air take box off with the screws in his hands. How could an air take box be upside down, when the older man was taking the screws out from the top? In the mean time I am sitting by a VERY loud TV that had a show called Impractical Jokers with the most vulgar language the entire time. And quite frankly, not the type of TV programming in a place of business. For over an hour, I had to listen to this show. Including others, who also found it inappropriate. As I continue to watch the older man check my tires, he takes a chalk and places an x on the driver side back tire. He didn't mark any other tires and he simply added air to the 4 tires. NO Rotation. I went to look for Jason Kirby and he had already left and my car was at the front door. A new gentleman Vincent Simpson (on the actual receipt) has my paperwork at the counter and I simply asked him, why didn't my tires get rotated? He responds, "I don't see you were suppose to get your tires rotated." As I was looking on my phone for the appointment online, he says "oh, I see here where they were suppose to be done." As he is walking out to ask the older man, he states..."probably your tires were too bad to rotate them." Now. Keep in mind not ONE TIME did anyone come to me and say your tires are too bad to rotate them. AND also keep in mind only ONE tire was marked with a very small x. So, how is it that my tires were TOO BAD to rotate. And that surely is NOT a disclaimer on the special I signed up on. So, I ask Vincent Simpson, am I going to receive a discount. He responded "it didn't cost you anything." Excuse me? The reason I was there was to get the special. Please explain to me how that makes any sense? Tire Kingdom charges $19.99 for rotation of tires. That was the special I was getting to come there for the services. I paid the $29.29, but you can guarantee this. The same exact complaint you SEE here will be written to the CEO, Erik. R. Olsen Monday at 9:00 am 4/15/19 about Tire Kingdom in Eustis. I will make sure to direct Mr Olsen to all the complaints on multiple social media sites, so he can make his decision about how one of his stores is doing business. read more

This business made a terrible mistake by putting 2 different tire sizes in our Jeep. We purchased 2 at different times. They put on the correct size the first time. We returned with original invoice and they put different sizes on. Trusting them to do the job they were hired to do, this mistake caused serious damage to our Jeep plus we had to replace the 2 incorrect tires while out of town when it was discovered for over $200 I would not give them any stars. read more

Went in for a basic oil change. Told it would be an hour and a half. Watched them complete the job after an hour. Waited for the manager to come get me from waiting area. 15 mins later, I go up front and he's watching "news" videos on his phone. Two days afterward, pop the hood to change the air filter, oil is all over my engine and the oil cap is up by the windshield. I understand mistakes, but poor service on top of that is inexcusable. read more

My wife had new tires put on and they over-torqued the lug nuts, which warped the discs. Then when she made a complaint about it, the service manager dismissed her completely and said they had to have been warped before she came there, she just didn't pay attention to the shimmy before!!! My GOD!!! My wife drove a truck for UPS for 15 years and was a PROFESSIONAL truck driver. She knows when something is or is not right with a vehicle! There are several ONE STAR reviews for a reason. Horrible service and incompetent staff! I went in to have a new tire put on and gave them specific instructions on which tire to put in the trunk as a spare tire. I told them the reason for this was that the rim caused it to have a slow leak. The guy went out with me to confirm what I wanted, and yet they put the wrong one on. When the tire finally went down, I went to change it for the tire that they should have put on in the first place and the lugnuts were overtightened so that I could not get them off even standing on my lugwrench. I called them up and they offered no solution, but to drive it in (flat tire cannot be driven on). He also insisted that their tools are calibrated not to overtighten, but we know that was a lie because even 220 lbs of torque could not turn it. I was finally able to get them off by bouncing on the lugwrench with all my weight, but they should never have been that tight. On top of that, the person at the counter when I went in to get the tire changed in the first place was not very friendly. read more

Instead of listening he got loud and started yelling throughout the store, telling me I wasn't right because I stated that his employee lied about the price of the oil change. I was told my oil change was going to be $19.99 because I had a $5 discount from their original 24.99 price. I was charged $30 and some instead... they discounted $7 and some change from a $40 charge. He said my scion which is Toyota made needed a special filter. Mind you I have had several oil changes and have never heard this before. This being my first and LAST time using tire kingdom for anything. I would give them 0 stars but customer service which has nothing to do with that branch helped me out and even said something wasn't right with the invoice. I was refunded the full amount! Next time make sure to check all they are trying to charge you before you sign your name, especially if you're a female! I feel taken advantage of because I don't know much about this kinda stuff. read more
