Too easy!! I cannot believe the beautiful service I received today. While driving to Marathon from West Palm Beach yesterday, the steering wheel started to wobble around 40 MPH and the car was pulling to the right. On the recommendation of my cousin who lives in Marathon, the 2012 Honda Odyssey, my kids and I were at Tire Kingdom by 8:10 AM this morning. Island Taxi took us to The Turtle hospital at 8:30. Turtle hospital tour at 9. The Amazing Dorothy from Tire Kingdom called at 9:30 to tell me the tire had separated and the new tire plus TPMS & whatnot would be $151. What a bargain! Turtle Tour ended at 10:30. Car ready at 10:45. Island taxi to TK at 11. Back at the Hampton Inn be 11:15! What could possibly be better than that!?! read more

Would not recommend.had an appointment for 3 pm for 4 new tires oil change and filter waited for 2 plus hours. When car was returned oil and filter not changed . I verified the work 3 times . My appointment for an oil change at 10 AM. I showed up about 10 minutes early and the place was pretty bad. When I checked in, they told you it was gonna be several hours before they could get to my vehicle. First, I drove 30 miles and scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed. Come to find out they push some snowbirds in front of me because they were buying tires, brakes, and some other things. I will be in using a local shop as I am a local resident. what a joke, had new tires installed, balanced, I told him to pick the best old tire and save it for the spare, they had a new guy at to register and I had to go before they could give me a receipt because he didn't know how to use the computer, they call me for pick up and told bad, it's a new battery under warranty ask where my tire was. The guy went out to the dumpster to get one. I left it not a clue. I will never go back there. They have no idea what they're doing. There was two people in the office. Needed new tires quickly as I had several cracks on the side. They got me right in, had to go with their brand as that was all they had in stock. Fast forward a couple of months and got a flat going to a play at the marathon community theatre. AAA came out and changed to the spare and I called TK and they said bring it on in. I have never in my life experienced such fast, efficient service and incredible customer care! Both of my trailer tires blew out on the way to Key West, and Joe immediately confirmed he had exactly what we needed. He was honest and straightforward, letting us know it would take about an hour to get the tires ready. We agreed to wait since no other auto or tire shop could help us--but just as we were about to leave and return after the hour, Joe stopped us and said it would actually only take about 10 minutes because he had two of his guys jump on it right away. Sure enough, we were back on the road in just 7 minutes! Thanks to Joe and his team, our vacation was saved. Outstanding service, and we left with huge smiles on our faces. This place scams BIG time watch out. An oil change went up from $81 to $93 (using a CR $15) in 5 months. And, when I asked to explain why, they told me a new oil disposal fee of $1.99 has been implemented. They also would not print an invoice for me to see the difference until after I paid. I'd give this place a zero if I could. We got a flat in our rental car on our way back to Miami from key west. I called several places, who did not have any tires available. At 10:30AM I called this place and was told they had one tire available, but they could do it at 1PM. We waited in the area, as we couldn't go anywhere, and at 1:05PM while the car was on the lift, we were told they didn't have any tires available. Completely wasted my time. I just had bought 4 new tires and was getting them installed at this store. After 2 hours waiting, I was told my car was ready. I paid my invoice of $179 for balancing and stems (rather expensive but OK). When I went to my car, my old tires were still on my car. How could someone mess up this much! Management said they would fix the issue in 30 minutes. I waited another hour. Will not be going back to this location! read more

I had a crazy 2 days. My car had a flat tire. So my husband put air in the tire. When my car turned on all my lights went off saying I need an oil change, air filter washer fluid basically everything. So I went to Tire Kingdom. Every one was so nice. Andrew and Andrea were so nice and helpful. Then I had to do some running around and my tire was flat again. Come to find out it was the plug. So Yaaaaaay Thank you Tire Kingdom. The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable but not worth the money. You can find cheaper tires on tirerack website or even at the dealer when they have promotions. read more

I used to use this shop for all my vehicular needs. Oil changes, new tires, they were always a reliable shop. However since they were bought out by Mavis it has been nothing but downhill. My most recent experience I went in for an oil change. I made it a point to ask for them to fill the wiper fluid reservoir because I knew it was empty. With a 10:30 appointment the work still wasn't completed until 2:00. Upon starting the vehicle I checked the wiper fluid and I could hear the pump running but very little fluid dribbled out. I went back in the store to ask if they refilled the reservoir and was informed that the pump was probably broken and needed to be changed. Due to the reaction of the employee I decided to take the car to the Honda dealer instead. The nearest dealership is a two hour drive away in Homestead. When I got there they informed me that I was out of wiper fluid. They refilled the wiper fluid and sent me on my way. The incompetence of tire kingdom cost me four hours of drive time. I set an appointment for 10 and they didn't even start working on my car until noon for and oil change. It took them another hour to get my car back to find out they charged me for $130. the guy never gave me an estimate or asked me what kind of oil I wanted or if the kind he was going to use was fine. Terrible place. I took my truck there to get serviced and before closing got a call that they couldn't get to my vehicle. Next day I drop it off at 8am. I get a call saying my vehicle was ready. Dee went over my invoice and said all services were completed but that was all lies. Beware! They claim services were completed when they are not. My check engine light was still on and now I question whether all the other services they claimed to have done were even done. I called the shop and I just get an apology for being "misled". Stay away from this place it's unprofessional and they lie about the services performed to your vehicle. What a joke. read more

We had an unexpected problem with a tire that was flat and stopped in at opening to see if they could repair it for us without an appointment. The service lady checked us in, took all of our information and told us it would be later in the day. We were just happy to get it repaired. When we picked up the vehicle we met Juan, the manager of the store. What a pleasant surprise he was and very informative about what had happened to the tire. He also provided a lot of great information about tires and when we are in the need of new ones he will be the first and last stop we make. Not sure how this place has 4 stars. I brought them my truck for an alignment and had a 9:00 am appointment, it took them all day for an alignment and I was never notified of anything being wrong. They called told me my truck was ready to be picked up, but when I get there the invoice states that "caster/camber could not be adjusted" so they only did 1/3 of the alignment. I call them the next and they tell me they don't know why and that I can bring the truck in, so I bring it back in and they have it all day again. They tell me that I need to adjust the control arms before they can do the alignment... which is their job when doing an alignment. After going back and forth we finally figure out that their trouble is because I did not state that it had a 3 inch lift so they could not get it back to factory specs exactly. They tell me that they'll get it as close as they can to factory specs... makes sense, isn't that what you should Have done in the first place lift kit, or no lift kit? They tell me they will be done with the truck by 6pm, but I never got a call saying they were done or that they needed to keep it longer. So about 6:30 I go to pick up my truck and it's nowhere to be found. They just decided all by themselves without notifying me they were going to keep my truck overnight. They're lucky I didn't report the truck stolen to the police. read more

Towing Boat to the Keys and had a trailer tire delaminate. We were in Key Largo and called for Trailer Tires. The Florida City location (20 miles) told us to take the tires off the trailer and put on blocks because they didn't have room for a trailer at the facility. Not how I wanted to spend my vacation removing and re-installing tires. Called the Marathon location they had the 4 tires and and we could bring in the trailer. We told them to hold the tires and we would be there in 1 hour. Arrived at the location in 1 hr and 10 minutes due to work on the highway. They only had 3 tires in stock. Then they tell us to come back in 3-4 days to get the 4th tire. No Apology that they had made a mistake no comments just "we only have 3 tires" and a shrug of his shoulders. We drove 120 miles round trip and they want us to come back in 4 days during our vacation because they can't count up to 4. So we drove back home with one old tire praying it didn't delaminate. Called the corporate line to tell of our experience and lady was very nice taking the complaint and said someone would contact me in 24 hours concerning the issue and they would have the local dealer work to get the tire and give some kind of credit for mounting. It has been 4 days no calls no contact. The tire mechanic was wonderful! They tried to pull him off our job to work on something else and he told them I am not finished with these people yet. I will start on that when I finish this job. Guy was thorough, communicative and picked out the best tire for us to drive home on. He is the person that should be the front counter salesman not the guy who shrugged his shoulders. read more

Removing the spare from under the rig was no easy task, and replacing it once repaired was just as difficult. He never complained and was very caring. I attempted to make an online appointment for new tires and you can not make an appointment online. I then called the store and was told they do not do appointments at all it is first come first serve. They only had 1 tire in stock, so they would require a deposit to order the additional 3 tires. I had no problem providing a credit card for the deposit. I was told I would have to go to the store to leave the deposit. I explained being in Key West 50 miles each way is not practical to drive there to just leave a $50 deposit. They said there is nothing they can do. It is very sad, when you try to support your local businesses and they could care less about your local business. read more

Scheduled a appointment got there 15 mins before appointment ordered the tires before hand they where already there Est bill $1,400 jeep tires and alignment. 2 and half hours later still no work on the jeep. 7 techs in the shop total of 3 cars including mine. Ask when they might start my car could not answer. No updates so had to leave without the new tires the worst service ever could care less about losing a sale. If safety is a concern I can guarantee you you're in good hands I had an issue with one of my tires and they would not put back the old tire no matter how my untrained eye would see that there would be no problems, I was given a lore of options but that whole tire as new as it was was not going to to be put back on whatsoever I feel safe and I would definitely go back again to do any of the other car work needed. read more

I was told as I left to give them a review online so... here I am. This will be the first and last time I go here. I was a 15 minutes late to my 9am appointment due to not being able to find my wallet. I came in and immediately apologized but no hi, how are you or anything besides where my keys were. Very "cold." After I took a seat I was offered coffee or a drink which is a appreciated and no smile until I paid and walked out the door. But the reason I won't be returning is due to my sticker shock when I paid $183 for an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter... I have NEVER paid such an outrageous price in my life. The only reason I didn't go to the Mazda dealership like I usually do is because I didn't feel like driving to Miami... where I pay like $70-$80 for everything and even when I visit home in Michigan I don't pay more than $60-$65 at a Chevy dealership.
