awful car repair! My rear car door was hit by a truck while parked. I never went back. I did not trust them. 0 stars I was charged 3000 dollars. Will never recommend this shop or return there. NO STARS!!

I have two trucks that I paid in cash for paint and body work at Conch Auto Body (before name…read morechange). Truck are a F150 and F350. Andy and Steve were very nice and professional. Every time. However, the services I received were not good at all. And still have not been addressed correctly. I should have realized they were a collision center and worked mostly with commercial accts, insurance companies. I have taken both trucks back for rework on quite a few occasions. They obliged and did not complain and did the rework. Only to get it back with similar or addition issues. This has been about a 2 year process to this point. Bottom line, the paint looked like it was shot good with some runs in the paint. Clear coat looked good. The problem came in on the prep side. And I mentioned this to Steve when I first picked them up. It was evident that the prep was overlooked. The prep is horrible on both trucks. Once the paint is laid down correcting prep issues is more difficult so it was largely ignored on subsequent visits. The prep issues have reared the ugly heads again as the paint is now peeling on both trucks. I had reassurance from Andy that they would call me to bring the trucks back in for rework when they slowed down a bit. That was a year ago and have never received a follow-up call. It now looks like the business has changed hands and this work may never get done correctly until I pay someone to un-fuck it. This review has been a long time coming as I was hoping to resolution with them directly. JS
