I had a nail in my tire and stopped by to see if Bill's could repair the tire. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. I was quickly greeted when I first pulled in and, after the repairman inspected the tire, I was quoted a very fair price and told it would take about 20 minutes to fix. I was out the door twenty minutes later with a fixed tire. The repairman also checked each of the other tires and topped off the air in the tires that needed it. Grand Jeep Cherokee not blowing air through vents. Called to let them know problem and that we already changed relay switch with no luck, but was told it may be the blower motor. She quotes me $577 for labor and parts. Drop vehicle off, new quote is $775 (worse case). Received call, not blower motor mechanic stumped. I googled and watched a Youtube video that said likely a 40amp fuse below relay switch. Husband calls speaks to Bill who says he checked that and was asked to give them 30 minutes and he will call us back. 2 1/2 hrs. later I called and was told, well you will never believe it but it was a $9.00 fuse. I go to pick up vehicle told to pay $450. I said that seems high for diagnostic fee and replacing fuse when to replace blower motor quote was originally $577. I offered $300 just to get away .No budging, was treated very rudely, threatened to call police if I left for theft. Also threatened to keep my Jeep and sell it for themselves. This went back and forth. End result, I paid the full amount, but since I only had credit card, was charged the tax (seems illegal to not charge if you pay cash) and service fee. Total $508.17 for changing fuse. Never ever have I been treated so badly. read more
