They never asked for a signature to approve the work and were deceptive by not showing me the final invoice until after I paid. I spoke to the general manager this morning. He said it was a mistake. I took my vehicle in to get a tire patched and the damaged my $700 wheel and tried to tell me that they didn't do it. Brought it to managements attention. They took a picture of the damage. Manager called back and asked Wheel manufacturer brand, size etc. in case they decided to replace it. gave them information and nothing. When I call rude responses and keep saying the manager isn't available. Zero resolution, Zero communication. They have hack technicians and unprofessional management. I'm still fighting with them to replace the wheel they damaged. I would not recommend to anyone taking their car to Tire Kingdom. A $20 repair will wind up costing you hundreds of dollars in damage to your vehicle and they will not take any responsibility. Terrible read more

Paid for 4 NEW Michelin tires on April 21, 2024. I expected them to be less than six months old. Three tires were May 2023 and one was November 2022. The sidewalls were scuffed as if they had been thrown around. Noise in the trunk on my way home made me check my full-sized spare tire. It was flipped when placed back in and the wing nut couldn't tighten it. I had to flip it back over after I got home. read more

Brought my vehicle in today to look@my tire that had a slow leak. Glen the Service Rep told me I'd have a wait,but they would took a look & advise me accordingly. Had a big screw in the tire which they repaired. I have taken my car there before for service & today was as exceptional as my previous times there. Being a Veteran,I always ask if they give a Veteran's discount which they do. The other Service rep looked@ my card & thanked me for my service-he told me its always a pleasure to thank a vet especially one who was a Nurse during Viet Nam. The service I got was excellent & I was given a summary of service. When I left I was thanked again for my service. I appreciate that as female vets are sometimes overlooked. They destroyed my oil pan trying to get plug out. They didn't tell me about the damage, just that they couldn't get the plug out. They wanted me to come back to see their main mechanic. Not knowing about the damage I opted to go to a Subaru dealership where they would have a higher level of mechanic to remove a stuck plug. The dealer showed me the damage and said it was leaking. I really didn't have much choice so I had them do the $800 job. When I went back to Tire KIngdom they told me they couldn't make good since they asked me to return. I didn't expect a full reimbursement but I at least I expected the amount it would have cost Tire Kingdom in parts and labor to replace the pan. They refused to give me one penny. So they destroyed my oil pan and it didn't cost them a penny but I lost my shirt. Unfair, slimy people who don't take responsibility for their incompetance! Beware!!!!! Part 2 They did an "investigation" after they saw my original review. They came back and said that the oil pan came in that way and that it must have been the previous shop that did the damage. Well folks, "THAT WAS AN OUTRAGEOUS LIE, SINCE I PERSONNALLY HAD CHANGED THE OIL". You have to be extremely sleazy to make up a lie like that thinking that I had no way to dispute it. The manager's name who said that was JACOB THAMES unless it was the higher ups in Tire Kingdom. Either way it is obvious that they are willing to lie to cheat a customer of his money! STAY AWAY! I stopped by to get a flat tire repaired or replaced. The young man helping me was upfront in asking me if I had purchased my tires elsewhere, as they may have come with some guarantees. Upon reflection I realized I would be better off financially taking the tire where I purchased it. Store was clean, prices were listed upfront on a board, along with appointment times already booked so you know availability. One of my first concerns upon entering an auto shop is trustworthiness. Although I never got a service here, I'm rating it 5 because they gained my trust, and I would return for other services. read more

Although i have lived in several different areas with Tire Kingdoms, and have loved the service in Port Orange and Jupiter/Juno Beach, I have to say that the Zephyrhills location is one of the best. Top notch service from front of house to back. I bought a used vehicle locally without having it assessed first. I got lucky! Not only was the vehicle only requiring some routine maintenance, but Jacob at Tire Kingdom helped keep the cost down while providing a five-star customer experience! I trust them and that says a lot! I also really like that they employ female techs, as a former MC industry worker, and one of the first females in the business in my region of new England before moving to Florida, it's nice to see an even playing field! The service here is horrible! I had an appointment today for a tire rotation and a flat repair. I dropped my car off and about an hour later, they called and stated my tire had a nail on the side wall, and I would need to replace my tire. The nail was more in the center of the tire and my tires are brand new, I just bought all four tires here with the road side assistance package. I told Jacob the nail is more in the center and is fixable with a plug. He insisted that I needed to replace the tire. I told him to forget it and I'll take it somewhere else. Mean while, my appointment was for a tire rotation and to fix one of my steam valves. They didn't do NOTHING and my car was there for near three hours! They treat you as if you are dumb and they are just after the money! So three hours later, I still have the nail in my tire, the valve steam wasn't changed and my tires were never rotated. Unbelievable! They need all new employees and management. Don't go here, RUNNNN!!!! read more

I needed one new tire, was strong armed into two and then spent the next three weeks trying to get them installed correctly. After the third attempt the tires finally hold air, but my TPS system was damaged and I will now have to pay to have repaired!! The manager, Jacob Thames, is rude, condescending and dismissive. Pricing is standard for this type of garage. It's a large, very clean facility w/ 8 chairs in the front waiting area. There's the usual glass door to the garage area so u can check on the status of your vehicle. For Zephyrhills w/ its lack of businesses, the days & hours open are quite good. read more

I really avoid coming here by all means even though they are within a 10 minute drive of my house. Sevice has deteriorated over the past 4-5 years and I prefer to drive to a different company in Brandon. Towed the vehicle here for a flat tire 10:30PM, I called at 7:40AM to specifiaclly say which tire was flat, please put on a brand new one, I have purchased tires 5 tires here in the past 2 years. He told me he sure 1 person ahead of me and he will check to see if the tire is available and call me back. Of course he didnt! I showed up 2hours later 9:30AM with my car pulled in, suspened in the air, tire off, and some guy says "oh I didnt get to look for the tire yet I have been holding on to the paperwork because I was trying to see what discounts I can give you but its ALOT of information I need to enter in the system so I have not had the time. I need to get to work, please charge me for a full price tire so there is no delay, forget the discounts I need to leave. I have been here another 45 minutes, no idea if the tire is in stock. Who runs a business like this!!! I will be sharing this on all my social media accounts for poor service Oh great it's finally done! The time is now 1015. I had bought 4 new tires there and 6 months later I got a flat one block away from this business. So I walked there and asked if they could have someone come put my donut on so I could drive it there. I was told "No"by the manager, although 3 people were just sitting around doing nothing. So I walked back to my car and waited 1 1/2 hours for a tow truck to come from Tampa and when I was towed there, i was told that the tire could not be fixed and I would have to buy a new tire. Only they didn't have my tire and I would have to wait 2 weeks for one. The manager was so arrogant and rude also I was talked down to and he ignored me. I will never give them my business again. I went to Geiger's Custom Wheels and was treated with respect and he was very efficient and kind. Don't go to Tire Kingdom service centers. They'll damage your vehicle and make claim that it is was previously there. I went in for a simple tire rotation and left with a stripped out tire stud and my painted rims all chipped up. This was the first time my vehicle's tire had ever been removed from the vehicle. I then have the district manager call me and state that his people did't cause the damage. I guess I have fabricated the whole story just so I could get some attention from The TBC Brands Corp. Don't buy tires here. They do not want to honor the free rotation without trying to upsell you something you DO NOT need. When I bought the new tires there, they told me I needed a new water pump, as it was leaking. There was never a leak; I know a thing or two about engines, and that was 10 months ago. Still no coolant drop, and no sign of leakage. So I reluctantly returned for my free rotation, and to have a tire plugged or patched. They said I need a new hub assembly, and when I declined, they said they couldn't find a nail in any of the tires. I saw the nail myself, so they're either lying, or grossly incompetent. Took the car to Roadrunner and they found the nail and patched the tire. Hey TK: Never lie to a shade-tree mechanic, with lifelong experience as such. You forever lost this customer. read more

I woke up Monday morning to a flat tire :( I had AAA come out and put the spare on. Drove to work and on my lunch break went to Tire Kingdom to see if I needed a new tire or if it could be replaced. Of course my fingers were crossed for a patch. When I arrived - they couldn't have been any nicer! I talked with the one technician and they were very busy and he asked if he could keep the tire and call me with an update on what they were going to have to do. Of course this was no problem as I had to get back to work anyways. He called me about 90 minutes later and let me know that the tire could be patched! He became my new best friend! I was so glad. He told me that it would probably be less busy closer to 5 if I wanted to bring my car in at that time. I did and in about 10 minutes my tire was back on the spare put back in place and the technician was just so pleasant. After starting my day off with a flat they ended my day with a smile. They truly were extremely pleasant and if I would have had to buy a new tire it would have been painful but you can't be upset with the person delivering the new.
