Another excuse was tech on duty said it didn't need road force balance or the alignment. I was not happy with the experience making decisions about my vehicle without call. I don't know anything about cars, so I am lost and I am not going to lie, I don't have a lot of money so I'm also scared that I was going to be out of transportation. I checked in and the guy told me they were going to probably have to run electrical diagnostics and went into detail about the outcomes. Then after hearing my story, he called over another gentleman who also listened and he was able to actually take a look to see if it was what he was thinking. After 5-10 minutes later, he came back with the good news it was what he was thinking and told me how he was able to stop it. But the bad news was that my lights were on for no reason and the electrical system needed to be checked. I am glad I came here for my car cause they were fantastic. I left and realized they also fixed my driver side window, it used to not roll down, now it does! I have an appointment scheduled coming up for my car, wish me luck! :)

I was HAPPILY SURPRISED when Customer Service Advisor Addison Wood answered the phone upon my call for help. He was the Service Technician who took great care of my CHEVY CAPTIVA (see previous review); he told me he'd be taking care of all aspects of my current situation should I choose AAMCO. Surely enough, he did JUST AS AN OUTSTANDING JOB taking care of my broken coolent "T" by removing it and replacing it for a nominal fee and less than an hour of labor. While there, he changed out my windshield wipers and changed out my oil. Again, all done in a very timely manner without the sting of the prices other local shops are charging. Not only have they failed to fix the air conditioning (which is supposed to be their specialty) they caused an electric short in the car that shut down all electricity in the car leaving me stranded on the side of the road. After it was towed back to their shop and supposedly "fixed", the air went completely out again. Then in attempting to fix it again they blew out the airbags through out the car.
