I drive a 2012 Honda Civic, so she bound to have issues in 2025. I drove in after a horrible day, my car was honking everytime I turned the wheel and my hazard lights would turn on and not turn off. I also had multiple lights on. I don't know anything about cars, so I am lost and I am not going to lie, I don't have a lot of money so I'm also scared that I was going to be out of transportation. I checked in and the guy told me they were going to probably have to run electrical diagnostics and went into detail about the outcomes. Then after hearing my story, he called over another gentleman who also listened and he was able to actually take a look to see if it was what he was thinking. After 5-10 minutes later, he came back with the good news it was what he was thinking and told me how he was able to stop it. But the bad news was that my lights were on for no reason and the electrical system needed to be checked. I am glad I came here for my car cause they were fantastic. I left and realized they also fixed my driver side window, it used to not roll down, now it does! I have an appointment scheduled coming up for my car, wish me luck! :) read more

I have been brining my car here for 2 years i bought 4 new tires from them in January, one the tires blew out when my husband was driving the car! AAA came and said bad valve stem, so we drove up to midas about a mile away! It was a Saturday at about 4-5pm store was closing soon and they took the donut off and said they fixed the tire! Monday morning went out to the car and there was a bubble in the tire so we drove back to midas about 5 miles, the manager Jimmy came out and looked at the tire and said we drove to far on the flat tire unbelievable if they had fixed it right on Saturday that would not have been the case! Needless to say i had to buy a new tire plus pay for the old tire to be taken care of! Sad to say midas you have lost my business i even cut up my midas credit card! Don't buy tires here! I took my car in because it had an engine noise. They said they couldn't get to it until Monday well after it being there a few days they called which was Saturday and told me that they could not fix it because they do not have a tech to break down the top of the engine. I asked him why is that he said because it's an internal issue and I said how do you know that if you didn't break down the top of the engine. After that it was lie after lie. They wasted my time for several days without a car. I then had to tow it to a dealer. Which I should have done in the first place. This company is a joke. Pulled up in back, saw a guy working on back brake, waited for him to look in my direction and when he did I said hi, he stares at me, I said hi again and he stated - what do you want - after looking at the disgust in his face and cigarette hanging out his mouth - I stated you can do absolutely nothing for me! Don't trust anything this Midas touches!!! I went there to get 2 parts for my brakes replaced. These parts total online were under $300. They charged me $1100. Had my car for 2 days. I get it home and have to get it towed back to Midas because the brakes were locked up and they had it 2 more days. Never looked under the hood before calling me with another diagnosis. I knew that they didn't put any fluid back in it because I checked before it was towed. They had no idea and then lied and said it was clear thats why it looked empty. I opened it and shook it and it was bone dry. Now after they "fixed" it again, I'm taking it a third time to get the mysterious engine light shut off that appeared after they touched It again... what a joke. You're playing with your life getting anything serious fixed by these people. read more

I purchased 4 new tires with mounting and a wheel alignment. They scraped all of my rims and ruined the appearance of my rims.

Came here to put 2 new tires on , but ended up they replaced 2-good tires instead of 2-bad tires. The guy in front doesn't care to listen what I want, end up messing up with my tire. What a horrible service read more

Jason was really friendly and extremely helpful. Made me aware of things that needed fixing, but didn't try to pressure me buy anything, just let me know they could service those needs. Was out in about 30-35 minutes. They have a waiting room with a tv and free coffee. Definitely my new oil change place. read more

My daugter is away at college in Florida and I live in Seattle. She had her car towed to Midas and Tom went out of his way to make sure that he did everything he could to fix my daughters car, which was a difficult repair due to parts shortages. He kept me up to date on all repairs and helped ease my mind about getting my daughers car repaired. I would highly reccomend Midas and Tom in particular for anyone needing car repairs in the area. Best exhaust place around. My dad has his exhaust on his truck re done with dual flow masters and sounded absolutely fantastic. Then last week I was having a place who would do some custom work on my R6 motorcycle, of course they took the challenge. Cahills couldn't have done half as good as they did, and was a super reasonable price. 10/10 will always be going back here. read more

Professional, friendly and honest service! It doesn't get any better than that in automobile repair. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Glen who showed me exactly what needed to be done and provided me with a written estimate. My vehicle was scheduled for repair a couple of days later after the parts arrived. I returned with my car at the appointed time and it was repaired promptly and professionally. It was a pleasant surprise when Glen told me that the amount was LESS than the estimate since some of the replacement parts were not needed as expected. Came to this location for a routine oil change. Service was extremely friendly and they were very through. Unlike most shops, they actually went through and explained any problems or issues that I was unaware of. The mechanic who worked on my car noted that there was major wear on one of my tires and he went ahead and did a check to see if there was any leaks in any of the tires as well. In my opinion, DON"T sign the MIdas work agreement without writing your instructions on the form as well as stating them verbally because they will not be followed if only verbal. I don't know these people personally, but was only going from decades old remembrances of the Midas name. I did scan the reviews quickly and decided to give this Midas a try. Tom was the person I dealt with, and we discussed the AC issue on my car in great detail. Tom said they would put the gauge on the AC system and probably it only needed a charge. I told Tom that I had put two different inexpensive charging gauges on it already and got mixed readings, and I needed a professional examination (gauge). I guessed it might be the AC compressor clutch or maybe something more. I said, "if it's more then it really does not make sense to put a charge in it, if parts need to be replaced, then another charge. Tom said they would go through it and not do anything if it was obvious a charge would not fix it. Famous last words...PUT IT IN WRITING on that work agreement before you sign it because Midas will do what makes a buck. Tom admitted on the phone that the tech's gauge was "jumping all over the place" before they charged it, and I needed a new compressor and AC kit. I listened to Tom quote me another $1200 on top of the $145.00 he said I already owed him for the refrigerant charge. If he would have said to me the gauge was jumping all over the place so we did not bother with the draining and refilling the system, you just need to install this kit I would have known this is an honest shop that is not worried to make something off every car they hoist up. I would have agreed to get the AC fixed right then and there at Midas. Early, I called Topline Tire, and they told me it would be $19.99 to diagnose my AC system, but they could not see me today. I could not do it on Saturday and I did not want to wait. I am not saying go to Topline, but I regret I did not at least go across the street from Midas to the "COLD AC" place. I did stop there after, and they would have put the gauge on it for free (supposedly). COLD AC claims that they are certified in AC work. COLD AC claims Midas is not. Don't learn the hard way like I did. I spent $145 for the wasted charged, $15 for lunch, had to watch a movie + popcorn combo at $20 since Midas told me it would be 3 hours minimum wait time. I would not go here again for AC work. It's not that there was a charge $$$...I would have been fine with a diagnostic fee or whatever term Midas put on it, but I don't want to pay for a useless service that was unnecessary in my opinion. Swapping Freon in a system that cannot push the Freon through is just a waste of my time and money. I had a refrigerant swap as a diagnostic tool for the tech I guess. Useless...when Tom stated the gauge showed them it was the compressor. Your experience may be better. Good Luck! read more
