As a woman, I've definitely felt taken advantage of by other mechanics in the past, so finding someone I can truly trust means a lot to me. I recently had a strange issue with my car where the check engine light kept staying on. Cathy's team did multiple checks, over multiple days, and eventually solved the problem for me, at an incredibly reasonable price. This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job. However after my first visit, I knew this was a company I can trust completely with my car. Before entering the shop, I was driving past the neighborhood surrounded by warehouses so I thought to myself "this is crazy shady." But when I drove into the shop, it was squeaky clean and very well organized. You see all the prices listed on the wall (no catch). My tires were extremely worn out so I had to change all 4. I drove in on a Thursday around 1PM and the job was done in 30 minutes even when the shop was packed! There was a waiting room for customers and it was filled with candy, snacks, and drinks (so thoughtful). I can't say enough about this business. I know the bare minimum about cars, but the team members took their time to explain to me what I needed to get done. The information provided by Sheng--who is attentive, detail-oriented, and hospitable--was critical to making my final decision. After a week, I took my car back to the shop to get an alignment done and also change the tire sensors. They were fast, friendly, honest, and provided quality service.
