I hit a pot hole while driving home from the doctors office. I was not feeling great and was nervous about getting somewhere to fix the tire. No joke, driving down Kings Highway I see not 1, but 2 Quick Fix Tire trucks. Ahron and Josh were kind and put the spare on for me so I could get home. Fast, excellent service! I requested a quote to fix/replace my flat through Yelp and within 15 minutes Danielle called me and said they could be here within 20 minutes. Ahron showed up soon after and took a look at the tire. It was leaking because of a bent rim. He banged it out in a few minutes and we were all set. We drove into Brooklyn to help my daughter and her husband move. Multi-day process, we're enjoying Brooklyn as always (except for parking). I give the car a visual inspection and see what do I see but a screw head! Not loosing pressure, no visual loss... Obviously I can't call Spider-Man (that's Queens) but these local automotive avengers were great: dispatch gave me a quote with a timeframe, communication was excellent and when Aaron arrived, he diagnosed the problem (resolution was simpler than I imagined) and saved me some money. I spent several hours sifting through tire repair shops online and got the run around and sketchy information. Luckily I found QFMTR! They were able to get the tire I needed and repair my tire at my location the same day. The dispatcher (Daniella)was awesomely friendly and helpful as well as the mechanic/specialist (Ahron) who not only changed my tire in crappy weather but changed it on a street that was tight and congested!
