Went back up there, and they told me all the adjustments were maxed out, took it home and looked at it and one of the bolts was loose which caused it to mess up the alignment, They also said it was because I didn't rotate my tires but I didn't even put 3000 miles on these tires. *** POSTED ON HERE SINCE GOOGLE DID NOT WANT TO PUBLISH MY REVIEW*** These guys seem to be cool and down to earth in regards to their personality but when it comes to work quality and work ethic, that's a completely different story. Work ethic and quality is garbage. I had them fix my sunroof on my F150 and they quoted me $700 from what I can remember. I paid them cash but I wish I had paid them with a credit card. Anyways, I paid them $700 to fix my sunroof that came off of the tracks but it wasn't 100% done and the damage they caused ON TOP of the $700 is what made me leave this review. They dirtied and left grease marks everywhere on my headliner, which I had to replace after the fact for $350, my leather seats and even left my seat belts unsecured when they returned my truck to me and not to mention, they also broke the dome light that controls the sunroof. When I went to open my sunroof, it didn't open with the one press like it used to or close with it as well. I expressed this to Antonio, Nelson and Chris. They all said and tried to upsell me a new sunroof motor that I didn't need because it was still functioning. Antonio tried telling me that maybe some F150s come with this option and others don't.... Come on dude. All sunroofs in Ford vehicles are the same from 04-14 and that's coming from Ford themselves and when Antonio told me he himself had worked at Ford and for him not to know this should've told me to call BS but whatever. I thought I could trust them and I thought I was helping my home town by putting some money in their pockets and into the local economy but as usual, it turns out to be crappy like almost everything else in this town. I went online and searched for help and it literally took me 10-15 seconds to re-calibrate the damn motor and now it works like it should. Antonio, Chris and Nelson and the other dude who used to manage a U-Save in Belle Glade that works there but I forgot his name brag about it told me they have done dozens of these sunroofs and wouldn't be problem but if that statement were true, wouldn't they have known this from past experiences? Antonio tried to help by getting me the hooks his employees broke and replacing the dome light they also broke but when he told me that he couldn't do anything about the excessive grease left behind by his employees, it kind of irked me. That's like me working at a dealership and your mom brings me her car and I give it back to her in that condition. I'd probably be out of a job if that were the case. It was a very disappointing experience since my first experience with them was fine but I'll never go back. However, I do appreciate Antonio replacing what was broken and at least showing face for this job. Most of these reviews on google are from current or past employees and their friends so it's highly biased. I have a few friends and acquaintances that told me to stay away but I like to form my own opinion on things and not be swayed by others but it's obvious I should've just avoided them for this sunroof job. I also believe that maybe only two or three of the guys that work here are certified ASE mechanics and the rest are not so if you go here, make sure to double check the work and maybe get a second opinion on things. Make sure you also pay with a credit card so if you get duped with a half ass job like I did, you can dispute it and have a fair chance of getting your money back read more
