My husband and I were visiting Shipshewana, IN for the weekend and during our visit we got a flat tire. AAA dispatched tire star. Brian from tire star arrived promptly and provided friendly service. They gave recommendation for front brakes when I had my tires rotated. I called back in a couple of days to request a particular date/time for the work. They accomidated my needs and the job took about 1-1/2 hours to complete while we waited. The work done appears to have been done properly. Can't ask for more. read more

I am a professional motorcoach operator and contacted Store Manager Brian Wilkinson at about 3:00 pm on May 18th, 2022. I was in a significant predicament in that I had a flat tire and needed to get my 50 passengers back to Chicagoland that same evening. Although I had a spare tire, changing a tire on a 45 ft. motorcoach is not a DIY job. Tire Star was already busy but they were kind enough to work me in. Within 1 hour they had changed the tire, with the technician doing the repair outside in the rain, and we were back on the road. They really saved the day and I am very appreciative of their work! I came here about a year ago and just remembered that I should give them a good review. They really helped me out. I was away on a vacation and when I got back my front tire was completely flat. I aired it up and it seemed fine but I knew it had been leaking slowly for a while. I called around to 4 or 5 places to get my tire looked at and everyone was booked up or didn't have time to look at it. This place is around 45 minutes from my house but when I called them they said no problem come in and they'd take a look at it right away. They quickly took a look at it when I got there and found that the tire was leaking on the rim due to corrosion. They fixed that and also noticed one of my other tires was low and found the same issue and corrected it too. I was very appreciative. We were in and out in no time and they didn't even charge much to fix the tires for me. Very good service and I didn't have to worry about the tires going flat again which saved me a lot of grief. read more
