While visiting the Newmar factory, we explained our dilemma to the staff and they recommended Mast Service Center. We called them and explained that we were on the road and needed a front end alignment and or repairs and they made arrangements to get us in immediately. They did a thorough inspection of the motorhome, found numerous damaged parts, emailed us a detailed inspection report which included photographs as well as descriptions and estimates for the cost of each item that they found needing attention. Because we live full-time in our motorhome, they worked with us doing work on the coach all day long and releasing the coach to drive back to the Hoffman Lakes RV park each evening. We did this for several days as they completed repairs, and obtained the parts necessary for the repairs. We spoke with our service rep, Jalynn, several times a day as he called us to keep us posted on progress. At the end of the repair, when it was time to pay the bill, we found that the final bill was very close to the estimate that we had approved prior to any work being done. Now, having driven the motorhome for two full driving days, I can see that there is a huge improvement in the handling of the motorhome, and we are very happy with the work that we had done at Mast Service Center. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone operating a heavy vehicle that needs any kind of service.

Most shops were closed, but I called Jairo's shop around 7:30 PM -- and he answered! He told me to bring the car in on Monday. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and I ended up needing parts from the Mercedes dealer in Ft. Wayne. After I picked them up, Jairo stayed late (7:00-9:30 PM!) to do the repairs and get me back on the road safely. He knows his imports, charged a fair price, and didn't take advantage of the situation. I got sideswiped while my car was parked on the street, and they gave us a quote of $1200 for a bumper replacement which was all the car needed done. The price was hefty, but $1200 for a new bumper and for the service of taking the old bumper off and putting a new one on, it was pretty reasonable. They also did some light cleaning of the interior of my car and organized some of what I had in the trunk, which I greatly appreciated because it made the interior of my car look a lot better. It took about 2 days to get my car back, which I was very satisfied with. Only a few days after this, though, my backup sensor began beeping at random, and then the automatic emergency breaks would kick in, stopping my car in an instant when in reverse. This was scary for me as a driver because I was worried about backing out onto a busy road, my car slamming on its breaks, and getting into an accident as a result. We brought the car in about a week and a half after the first backup sensor malfunction, and were unfortunately met with rude service. While I believe it was just because the lady was having a bad day, as 3 out of the 4 times we went into S&S she was very nice and respectful, it was still disappointing. She didn't seem to believe that they could've caused any issues with the car. For context, we had owned the car for 6 years and never had issues with the backup sensor. After they replaced the bumper and they returned the car is when we started having issues with the backup sensor. From our perspective, it was very clear that some sort of error occurred in the process of replacing the bumper. However, the lady we talked to did not see it the same way. After some back and forth that didn't get anywhere, the manager came out without us asking for him and we explained our situation to him, which he was very understanding of. The lady (I apologize that I keep calling her "the lady" I don't know her name) came out with the manager and took a look at the car. I showed him a video of the car automatically slamming on its breaks when there was nothing behind it and then we talked some more about the sensor problem. He said they would try to fix it, we turned the car in later that day, and they had it fixed in under 24 hours, which was very impressive. For this, there was NO additional fee! We were very appreciative of this. When we went to pick the car back up, we talked to the same lady and she was very nice and professional like she was the first 2 times we went in there. Overall, I was impressed with how they handled the situation, the extra steps they took during the bumper replacement, and the professionalism of their manager.
