They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . It leaked oil after I got it back. I had to wait for the following season to bring it in. They didn't charge me to stop the oil leak. Got it back and it kept leaking. Took it back a third time, they replaced the clutch kit cover and that fixed the leak. Didn't charge me this last time either, for parts or labor. Highly recommend this shop!

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. Thank you Fornarelli, I not only have a new shop I would gladly take either of my bikes to, but I can comfortably recommend them to other people, in fact I took a couple extra cards so I could pass them on to other bikers.

My wife and I were moving from Georgia to Wisconsin today, and this was the second day of our journey. As we approached Rockford, IL, our check engine light came on. With less than 3 hours to our final destination, we were worried about the worst. We quickly found the closest auto garage, which happened to be Tire Tracks, and plotted a course. Upon arrival, Caleb Ready greeted us with kindness and professionalism. He graciously helped us identify the problem, which turned out to be a minor issue with the emissions system. Caleb assured us that we could continue our journey without stress. Remarkably, he didn't charge us anything for his trouble and wished us a safe journey. In a moment of high stress, Caleb's willingness to help and his calming demeanor were invaluable. If you live in the area or are just passing through, I recommend Tire Tracks with complete confidence. It's rare to find such genuine and helpful service these days. I have to say. I have always had good experiences there. I have been going for a few years. Caleb and Diane are great at dealing with customers. I had 1 issue there recently and was unsatisfied with a mechanic. Caleb and Diane got right on it and made everything work out for the best result. Also, they have great pricing on their oil changes and if you are a customer there, they give you free roadside assistance. read more

I was just going to get it fixed then got to thinking these tires are original and have 60,000 miles on them. Maybe I better buy all new tires?! I started talking to the sweet manager and because of their past kindnesses to me, I gave them the sale! They put them right on. I didn't even have an appointment! I was told that they didn't…read morehave the tires needed for my rear, but they had 2 that were cm off and wouldn't affect the ride of my car. Due to time constraint I took the two tires ($498) and ordered the correct ones to be installed upon shipment. But,... Before any of that could happen, I left with two new rear tires and went upon my way. My TPM light was still on, but I figured it would reset soon, then 15m on 90 exprwy my Red Tire Pressure light came on. As I looked for the closest exit, BAM my tire blew. Yes the tire I'd just purchased blew completely off as I was travelling on expressway. I had slowed down luckily, but it could have been a disaster. I called the location and spoke with Clementine. He said I must have done something for the tire to blow. That is unusual. I stated that no I did not hit anything or run over anything and that my light was on right after I left the location. He said I would have to come in to have the car and the tires checked. I did so following day. He showed me my tire and stated that my alignment could have caused it. I stated that was highly unlikely that an alignment would rub a new tire to the point of blowing in 20 min. He stated there was nothing he could do and that he wasn't refunding me. I had initially intended to have the tire replaced, but because of the despicable treatment and the continued accusations that I had been responsible for the tire blowing out. I stated I wasn't comfortable doing business with them and wanted my original tire and spare. He stated he wouldn't do that and I said that the tire has a warranty on it at least for 48hrs, even though I did not purchase the additional warranty. Finally I asked him to call regional manager. He did so. He waited on 4 people after hanging up from the call, and finally came over to state that he would refund me and replace the tires. I do not recommend this location and warn anyone about their practices. I do not believe you get what you pay for. I don't believe my alignment was checked. I don't believe my tire was installed properly. Beware.
