I was going there for some time to get free air in my tires, as it had advertised out front. The guys would come right out and help me! Very kind. This went on for some time. Recently I went in for air, complaining one tire was consistently reading down on my dashboard. I was concerned! The worker found a nail in it. I was just going to get it fixed then got to thinking these tires are original and have 60,000 miles on them. Maybe I better buy all new tires?! I started talking to the sweet manager and because of their past kindnesses to me, I gave them the sale! They put them right on. I didn't even have an appointment! I went to the location at 3617 W State Street to purchase 2 tires. I was told that they didn't have the tires needed for my rear, but they had 2 that were cm off and wouldn't affect the ride of my car. Due to time constraint I took the two tires ($498) and ordered the correct ones to be installed upon shipment. But,... Before any of that could happen, I left with two new rear tires and went upon my way. My TPM light was still on, but I figured it would reset soon, then 15m on 90 exprwy my Red Tire Pressure light came on. As I looked for the closest exit, BAM my tire blew. Yes the tire I'd just purchased blew completely off as I was travelling on expressway. I had slowed down luckily, but it could have been a disaster. I called the location and spoke with Clementine. He said I must have done something for the tire to blow. That is unusual. I stated that no I did not hit anything or run over anything and that my light was on right after I left the location. He said I would have to come in to have the car and the tires checked. I did so following day. He showed me my tire and stated that my alignment could have caused it. I stated that was highly unlikely that an alignment would rub a new tire to the point of blowing in 20 min. He stated there was nothing he could do and that he wasn't refunding me. I had initially intended to have the tire replaced, but because of the despicable treatment and the continued accusations that I had been responsible for the tire blowing out. I stated I wasn't comfortable doing business with them and wanted my original tire and spare. He stated he wouldn't do that and I said that the tire has a warranty on it at least for 48hrs, even though I did not purchase the additional warranty. Finally I asked him to call regional manager. He did so. He waited on 4 people after hanging up from the call, and finally came over to state that he would refund me and replace the tires. I do not recommend this location and warn anyone about their practices. I do not believe you get what you pay for. I don't believe my alignment was checked. I don't believe my tire was installed properly. Beware. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and fluid check. I told Concepcion that I read on the internet that low coolant could cause me to have no heat. He agreed and said that they would check. The price that was quoted to me was reasonable and way better than Grease Monkey, who probably overlooked the problem that Just Tires found. Concepcion was kind and concerned that I should take my car directly to the dealership, Lou Bachrodt. (Which I will never do business with them again because they sold me this money pit of a car). But I have to say I appreciate the honesty and caring guys at Just Tires. I will see them again when it's time for tires! Thanks guys!! read more

Don't use their website to make appointments even though it's 2023. I booked an appointment out of the time slots that were listed, received a confirmation email.. 15 minutes later got a call saying there were no time slots at all for the entire day... makes sense I guess. When I made the choice to go to this place was the worst decision I ever made in my life. They did a filter change and forgot to put the hose back on. I believe they lost something that went on my car because after they got done replacing my brakes for the 8th time, they indicted that may be where the noise is coming from, when my car never made that noise before them. My car is still squealing and breaks don't seem right when I break. This place is a nightmare. Oh and the manager told me he they can take their time because they are doing it for free. The woman answering the phone and working the front desk was very helpful and professional. She explained all options for my service. He manager is very professional and friendly. Reasonable wait for work that was needed and enjoyed kicking back and having a nice conversation with the manager. Definitely sticking with them. I brought in my vehicle to have a cracked rim replaced. I received a call saying a nail was found in the tire and gave the okay to replace the tire. Not only was it the wrong tire but they also completely slipped replacing the rim, which was the whole reason I came in to begin with. Completely negligent and dangerous. I bought new tires at a different location and came in for my free rotation. Quick service but for some reason my battery wouldn't work immediately following their service. After some fumbling around they finally got the car back on and proceeded to tell me that my battery looked old anyway and I should drive it around for 20 minutes. Why would there be battery issues if you simply rotated the tires?? 2 weeks later and the battery died. Pretty sure they switched it...or drained the battery. Either way- it's problematic. read more

Went in for a brake check, I was told it would be free of charge then when I went to pick up my car they tried to charge me a $30 inspection fee. I was then told from the inspection that it would be over $1000 to change my brakes!! Do not go here they will try to take your money. read more

This review is not for their tires but strictly based on their customer service. We were traveling in our RV and went to two different gas stations to put air in our very low tires. Both gas stations did not have good air pumps and we would have never made it across the state on our low tires. We pulled into Just Tires and they filled our tires and air bags and did not ask for one red cent! They did not try to sell us tires we didn't need! They just wanted to make sure we were able to continue our travels safely! That says a lot about their customer service! Thank you! read more
