If you get a nail , if you hit a pot hole . If the tire doesn't wear evenly , if it's not aired properly and so on ,your not covered . I only had 15,000 miles on 70,000 mile warranty tire . I ended paying over $160 for the tire . Matt left me under the impression that I was covered , until I came in the next day and his store manager told me he didn't hear him. Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . This dealership is shady and full of scammers. They serviced my car but there is no record of the…read moreservice at all. How is there no record of the work they told me they completed? Was my car even inspected or looked over or did they just claim they did the work. When I purchased my 2022 BMW X3 I was told the owners manual was missing because they gave it to someone else who purchased a car and that they order me a new one. I received that in the mail after calling and emailing them 4 months later asking where it was. Then realized my car was also missing the warranty booklet and when I asked for it I was told that every car comes with a owners manual and warranty booklet and that they won't replace it, even though it was supposed to come with my car. They also made it seem like I lost the original owners manual and they just kindly sent me a replacement as a courtesy which was not the case. I have also received the run around when trying to bring up issues and concerns with staff. Definitely not good customer service. I had to call BMW corporate to even receive a phone call back. Then I had 2 other BMWs state I need new tires and the tread wear is bad measuring around .5mm yet this service center said that my tires are fine and only need to be replaced before winter and that the other BMW "is probably just trying to get me to buy tires from them" the manager told me they gave me a discounted rate on tires only for the price to be the exact same that I received from one of their service technicians. The price the manager gave is also $300 more than the price another BMW told me for the exact same tires and installation without a discount. Horrible experience all together.
