Got here at 9:10am. At first was moving generally fast. When we get in front of the service lines, there's a gentleman who instructs you to go to specific lines. There are literally a minimum of 10 cars) NO FKING EXAGGERATION) that were behind me, and were serviced and left before I could even get my car looked at. It is 11:40 and they are just now Working on my Car when there are cars that left at 10:30 that came AFTER ME. No system, no logic. I always buy my new tires from this shop because they have the best prices for brand name tires and they work quick. Today I bought 4 new Hancook tires for a little over $600. The last set I bought was well over 2 years ago and I never had issues with exception of a nail which happens from time to time. As far as service in time, I think they pick and choose who they want to help. I've been here like two hours. It's not busy the middle lane takes two cars at a time and do their tires Lane. I'm in.A lane that's doing one car at a time. Told me to be done in 10 more minutes somebody to come out and help me so far it's been fine. Tires are good Gerry is a good dude family members are good people, but I think their employees Pickin and choose. The crazy thing is I went to go get something to eat across the street and it took them just as long to make my food as it is taken them to do these tires. This would be my second time coming to this place getting tires for both of my vehicles the customer services outstanding, but given the fact that you have to wait approximately two hours to get your tires but you're getting a discount on the tires. It's worth it. It's pretty impressive how this place gets really packed in the mornings. Another some of the days that you could come and it's less hectic it's hit a mess of the days that you could come, but if you find a good day, but also be prepared that you're gonna wait for quite some time and not be impatient. Most other people who come to this place are aware the weight and you could see because if you look around there either outside talking or with the street vendors, but mostly the people who are in their vehicles are in their phones. This place is really good! I came here and they had a line ON THE SIDEWALK I had a friend recommend me this place so I went and thank goodness I did. I got all four tire replacement for a toyota highlander for a decent price. I asked about the warranty and the man at the window offered me great service. He explained exactly what I needed, unfortunately they do not offer wheel alignment but he did send me to their other location to get it done and since I had bought the wheel from them that they would provide a 20% discount. ON TOP OF THAT the wheel I got had an offer promotion where I would get 50$ rebate so I thought that was pretty nice. Overall, after having troubles for so long with my car and calling other places I'm glad that I ended up in this place. Pretty far but worth the drive. Only go to this company if you travel locally and have done your tire research. They have no warranties and you would be wasting your money. They are tire hustlers and do not have the proper protocols in order when replacing tires. They do not have any real machinery and alot is manual and cannot be checked for accuracy. I spent $860 for 4 sets of good year tires in January that are already worn and unreliable. I went back in March to replace another tire that was damaged and paid out of pocket. When they replaced the tire they didn't ensure to rotate the tires for tire efficiency. read more

The last time I came here, I bought 4 brand new tires. They installed them and everything seemed fine. The next morning, I woke up and my front right tire was completely flat. I was pissed. I knew they either gave me a faulty tire or messed up the install. So I had to pay out of pocket for a tow to bring it back to them. When I got there, they didn't want to take any responsibility. But once they took the tire off and inspected it, they admitted it was their mistake. They installed it wrong. Their excuse was that it was "someone learning." They didn't cover the tow or offer anything--just said "oops" and fixed it like that made it all okay. Fast forward about a year later. I figured I'd give them one more try. That was my mistake. I called ahead and they said they had the tires in stock. I went to the first location, and they told me to pay there, get the front tires done there, and then go to their second location to get the back tires. I asked, "Am I going to have any issues if I pay here and just go?" The guy said no. I was hesitant but said okay. So I waited in their long ass line, they took off the front tires, and then suddenly said they never told me that. Now they were claiming they said to pay there and get all four tires done at the second location. A complete lie. Why would you have me pay at a place that doesn't even plan to do the work, especially when the second location takes payments too? You just wasted my time for nothing. So they put the tires back on and I drove to the second location. When I got there, I had to wait again while they called to confirm everything. All of this could have been avoided if I just went straight there and paid on-site. These people don't know what the fuck they're doing. This place is run by clowns. After almost four fucking hours, I finally got to leave this shithole full of incompetent people. I will never be back. Don't ever come here. It's always some bullshit with them. And just so you know, the first time I went I spent over $1,000 on run flats. This time I got the cheapest tires they had. Doesn't matter how much you spend--they still do a shitty job. I've been here a total of 3 times they fucked up 2 of those 3 times. Take your chances if you want. read more

Ive purchased several tires here and never had issues. On Wednesday August 13 I got to tires replaced as I was leaving I got on the highway to go to work and noticed a slight rubbing noise that occurred on and off. I thought it was the brake shield that got moved so I didn't think much of it because it was a easy fix. As I got to work i began looking for my wheel lock to remove the tire and move the brake shield. There technicians forgot to put it back in my car. So I was unable to. On my drive home the noise got worse. I had to stop and inspect what was going on. The technician that balanced my tires placed the weights in the wrong place and they were rubbing making a noise that got louder over time and worse when I turned right. I had to take time off work to come back and get the issue resolved because I couldn't take the noise and some of the weights fell off causing some shaking to occur... so now you I'm taking time off to work to pay for the technicians mistake... Managment sucks as I had to speak to the manager that oversees the Techs and the manager in the office.the techs manager decided to go on break instead of trying to take care of the customer. The office manager came out and looked at the tire and then when back into the office. 3 hours later they finally fixed their mistake... I'm not one to leave a bad review but the low prices of this place do not offset the amount of time you will have to waste because they have inadequate technicians. They clearly do not care for the customers or the type of service they provide. My suggestion would be to spend a little extra at a shop that has better techs and holds themselves to higher standards.... read more

When I visited five or six months ago, I raved to everyone about my experience: fair! Kind! Great Prices! Clear explanations! Because I walk to work or drive less than a mile each way, I haven't gotten a ton of wear out of my new tires but a neighbor pointed out that my front tire had a sidewall bubble that was at risk of bursting. I admittedly know little about tires but assumed that these things happen and would fall under warranty. I was wrong. Fairmount took off the tire to show to the sales team in the office, who gave me a salesy explanation about how they could tell that it was an impact issue from a pothole, and it wouldn't be covered under warranty but that they would "give me a good deal" on a replacement. When I asked how I, as a user, could have possibly avoided the issue they told me only "I don't know...Don't drive in LA?" Great experience at first, but you really get what you pay for. Five new tires in as many months. I think next time I'll be going to a more reputable tire chain. read more

I came in with a tire that had a slow leak. I had already plugged the tire once before (found a BOLT imbedded in the tire) and thought I'd need a brand new tire. Turns out I had new nail in the tire causing the slow leak. I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Maurizio and explained the above and he suggested they check the tire to see if it could be patched. I ordered my parts online, then called Fairmount and was quoted $15 service fee each for tire pressure monitors for my MBZ.
