Walked in Firestone next to Milton Bakery to get a patch. I saw maybe three workers not really busy and one customer getting a tire. When I asked for a patch the lady at the desk was eating cereal and said we don't have time for you. This was the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I'm not the type to jump on Yelp and give reviews but this experience warrants a review. Just lost a customer for life. I guess her cereal was just too good to at least walk in the back and see if they had time. Drove literally less than a 1/4 mile down the street to Tires ETC. full of customers and I figured they wouldn't take me. The gentlemen at the front desk said "sure" we can take care of you, but it will take some time. They gained a customer for life. read more

Large Class A owners..beware I took my 43' Class A to this shop because of good reviews for new tires. I asked to get the inflation pressures as on the placard in my RV: 120 psi front, 95 psi on drive and tag. The manager disagreed in the end and gave me 90 psi. I mentioned that I discovered the low pressure but it was not adjusted. I took my RV to a truck center immediately afterward to get my transmission serviced and we discovered a hissing sound on my front right area. They said it could have occurred from improper jacking. $400 repaired the cracked line. I wrote the manager at Milton Tires Etc. but received no reply. read more

I shopped around for prices on new tires and they were able to find the right tires for my canyon, get them in the fastest, and for hundreds less than anywhere else in the area! Have used tire etc for over 8 years but I promise you I will never return after what I have been through this week. Spending over 1200$ on trailer tires just to have one come off while driving because the lug nuts was not tightened correctly. Brought it up and told them the issue and they told me they couldn't replace it because there was no documentation they rotated that particular tire and the owner of tire etc decided to gripe about what type of crap show he has up there. Told me he would give me a deal on a rim at his cost just to put it on a hub that was messed up from their mistake. He proceeded to tell me I needed to look at it from his point of view. Then instead of looking at the price of the rim just so I could at least get the tire fixed he proceeded to leave me in the corner to go lean on a tailgate and talk to someone. Luckily the tire came off while I was going slow or it could have cost me my trailer, my truck, and possibly my life. I think the most ridiculous thing is they would have put that tire back on knowing the visual damage of the hub caused by the tire coming off.. if I could give no stars I would. read more

I really hate writing this review because our first experience here was great and I was recommending them to everyone. That being said our last experience was bad enough that I feel like I need to Yelp about it. . First I'll say they're family owned and SUPER nice. I didn't feel uncomfortable waiting alone in the shop at all. We dropped our car off at 1 for an oil change and alignment. They were really busy so I wasn't too irked when I had to call before closing to see if it would be ready and was told it wasn't but they'd call in the morning. When 1 came around with no word I called and found out it was ready to go. No big deal. The real issue is how they somehow got our car mixed up with someone else's (Santa Fe to a Honda) so when I went to pick up our car and was given an entirely different set of keys there was obviously a very big red flag. We literally could have left with someone else's car, and someone with ours. . . When they finally found our keys, what we'd needed done obviously hadn't been. They did an oil change and alignment super quick to try and remedy but we ended up having to take the car back because it was super unaligned after. I also had to ask what they did to it when they confused it with someone else's order because they didn't openly disclose it which didn't sit well with me. I feel like that should have been openly disclosed. "Hey! So we actually did a tire rotation and checked the engine so you won't have to worry about that for longer now" isn't hard. Try and spin the situation to be positive and like we got something out of it. I personally feel like they did something else hence the really screwed up alignment after. They did fix that for free. . But also said that they didn't see anything wrong. . Yet when we got it back 4 hours later it was miraculously back to driving well again sooo you fill in the blanks there. And I know it's petty, but it really irritated me that we were told "sorry, _____ screwed up" and weren't offered a discount or anything. Don't throw your teammate under the bus, try and remedy! read more

Its dirty, unprofessional, outdated equipment and there is absolutely zero experience at the place. ( Except the mechanic ) He seems to know his job quite well. How do you balance tires with a machine that is 25 years old. After almost every alignment your steering wheel is going to be off center. I have used this place for years but now Im going to find another tire store. Its just not worth the pain of continually going back to fix problems that should have been resolved the first time. Had my car worked on by these guys, went by the reviews, what a big mistake that was. When I got my car back, the inside was full of grease floorboard was nasty, the worst part was that my car was damaged when they worked on it. I paid 35.00 to have it cleaned, and then I had to take it to another shop to fix what I brought it in there for in the 1st place, then I put more money into it to fix some cosmetic parts that were broken while they worked on it, I talked to Scott about it after I paid ,but he acted like he didn't want to be bothered, what a bunch of shadetrees, very disappointed, now I only go to the pros over at Andrews transmission, cost more, but well worth it read more
