Absolutely fed up with TirePlus! For the last three years I've been bringing my car in for the SAME exact issue, and not once have they fixed it. Every visit, they throw out a new excuse, sell me on services I didn't even need, and still send me home with the problem unresolved. I've wasted time, money, and patience giving them chance after chance, and all I got was the runaround. It honestly feels like they care more about upselling than actually helping their customers. After three years of loyalty, I feel completely taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor -- don't make the mistake I did. If you want your car fixed right, go anywhere but TirePlus. It's a good place to go if you don't want to work on your car but you better bring a book to read or a pillow for a nap, I had a bent tie rod and it was the cause of needing an alignment check: Corporate management loves profits; $10-$14(ebay) tie rod end(ES3494) billed @ $112.99, tie rod end (ES3495) billed @ $105.99......the center sleeve was about $37....ebay:$8-$15....if you have the time to wait on ebay Labor was about $125 ,,pretty normal seems like they were understaffed...kinda like walmart ;15 cash registers and 5 women to run them.....nothing like WalMart heirs greed....makes you wish they choke during Thanksgiving ,lol I did get a $37 rebate .......... read more

Went in for am alignment check as i have lifetime alignment on my car. I was told I had bent tie rod(s)...I did see that one was bent but wasn't sure about other. It's Friday,, no parts available., too late to fic anyway. I show up about 10 and waited nearly till 3-330 to get back on road, If I knew about the wait I'd have shown up later, Don't know if parts were waiting for me or not. I was lazy and could've went to auto zone & done the work. The car was going to need an alignment anyway as it pulled to one side. Labor rate was average shop rate. BUT.....tie rods @ $15-$20 (autozone price) were $100-$110 on the bill for a 2001 car. So, DIYer beware. It seemed like the shop was umderstaffed.--- 5 hr wait on a 1 hr job , then 1 hr alignment. Also ,,,,buyer beware...another Tires Plus in Tampa tried to charge $1000 for a radiator on my (then ) g'f's '95 Taurus. wtf..... read more
