i would never go back to this place. I used them to give me a second opinion on my brakes to let me know if I needed new ones. not only did they say I needed all new brake pads they said I needed new rotors they also suggested tires which I had just gotten new tires 2 months prior they also added on a bunch of other things for an estimated cost of around $2000 total. I went to my dealership for a 3rd opinion. My brake pads were fine he sent me a video of him measuring them. my rotors were also fine and of course my tires were also fine. they clearly we're just trying to take advantage of me so I would never go back very disappointing that you can rarely find somewhere that will actually tell you what's wrong with your car and not try to scam you. read more

I took it Back up there and They told me that the tire was Low Just as I had told them to begin with! Upfront -I am not a car person, but my car had a check engine light on it and I kind of knew the code but I didn't know how to fix it. I was able to drop my car off at the time that I wanted, I was able to speak with the owner Paul, who I assure you is very honest, very pleasant kind upfront and professional. I told him my concerns and then asked about my tires. I wasn't sure if they need to be replaced or not. So when they called back- I got to talk with Seth, who explained what the code was, let me know of another issue that I was completely unaware of. He explained the fix for the code, cost of everything as it would occur and the recommendations on tires. The tires weren't as bad as I thought. Seth was very kind and also told me about their credit card offers, and with the six months interest free portion that they had if I had wanted to take advantage of that. I can assure that I will be getting my tires changed by them in a few months. I feel confident in the information they gave me on what needs to be done to my car to fix the check engine issue. As for any negative comments that I've seen on other sites about this particular location, sometimes I think that's probably just a difference of personalities. I think the personalities of the two gentlemen I worked with today are outstanding- especially when it comes to dealing with human beings on a customer service level. While no one has a perfect day every single day, a lot of us have forgotten how to be civil when it comes to the people we interact with. I found Paul and Seth to be absolutely pleasant and professional. I understood everything that was going to occur and how to pay for it and what my options were. I appreciated that they got my oil change done in less than 30 minutes because I had work. They found a $10 coupon for me, but without it 56 sounds like a lot to me for an oil change. Friendly staff and they also put more air in the tires. read more

I want start off by saying the service was horrible. I called to schedule my appointment at 8:30 am on Saturday morning and talk to a guy named Paul to have my oil changed, check all the other fluids, tires to see if they needed rotated and a complete inspection of the Mercedes. He stated if I drop my car at the shop at 9am it would be completed by 1pm. So dropped the car off 9am and it was almost 5 pm before the car was complete. When I got To the shop to pick up the my Mercedes, Paul handed me my key and told me what I owed them. I had ask Paul to go over what was done to the car and if the tires where okay. Paul got upset and tried to get argumentative about the question and stated he was not asked to check the tires to see if were good or if they needed rotated. After he stated he didn't know about checking the tires he then told me the tires were a 10 all around And did not need rotating. He stated the all fluid levels were topped off which was a lie. I asked Paul about the inspection that I asked to be done to make sure everything was in good shape and to go over everything that was inspected. he looked at me and stated everything was good. Every time I asked Paul a question he kept getting defensive. This makes the second time I have had trouble dealing with Paul regarding my vehicles (My wife's Infinity and my Mercedes). I will never do business there again because of Paul's attitude and poor customer service. read more

Only reason I came here is because is someone we know started to work here. I really liked how easy it was to make a appointment that fit into my schedule, and they were right on time in getting me in. I went in for a oil change on my Explorer, I had told them I wanted high mileage oil since my baby drives me everywhere across this country. Very fast service and they told me I needed a new air filter which was true with all the millage I drive, they showed me the filter which I liked. With my oil change and filter cost me under $50 which way better then the past few places I have gone too where they try tell me I need extra work done.. The whole staff very friendly and helpful, will be going back again next month get her ready for Scout trip to the Dakota's. read more

My wife went to Michel Tires Plus to have a flat fixed. They repaired the flat but on the way home the ABS light was on which it was not when she brought the car in. She returned the following day, the earliest appointment available and they diagnosed the problem to be an issue with the rotor where the ABS sensor reads the revolution of the wheel. The estimate to repair is $501.10. They claimed that this was a "coincidence" and they had nothing to do with causing the damage (The failure is on the same wheel they fixed the flat on). The most disappointing part of the experience was that I feel they took advantage of a female entering their business. Not only did they not take responsibility for what happened in their shop, they also took her out to the car and told her how dangerous it would be to drive the car if she did not do the repair. I will be purchasing the part for $115 (An upgrade from what they quoted) which they quoted as $288.99 and installing the replacement myself. Please find another store which treats all of their customers the same. read more

Talk about excellent Customer service. So I tore a hole in my tire around 6:25 mind you they close at 7. I call explain my situation and they tell me come on up and they fix my tire for me no issue. They saved my life yesterday no complaints or nothing even though fixing my tire got them out of there past the time that they close. I always have the best service when I visit here and am consistently given A+ service. read more

ET was able to fit me in even though I came in near closing. The mechanic said he would stay tuned O change it out. I really appreciated the mechanic doing that. The service rep was nice. He looked up my account under my old phone number and was able to pull up my history which got me a discount because I had previously bought the tired at a sister location in another state i lived in. Took my car in today to get a tire valve stem with a sensor checked they said it was bad and it's $80 but said we wanted the old sensor said it's be fine. Technician called back and said it's stuck now and will have to be destroyed to get out. I paid 35 last year for the same sensor last year. Just odd how it has to be destroyed after we ask to have it to make sure it was bad to begin with. I will never take anything there again. I truly feel ripped off. read more

I went in for two new tires. I told them to salvage the two best tires or least worst tires of what I had. So they put two of my old ones up front and the new ones in the back. Honestly everyone was friendly and professional no complaints there. Unfortunately as I started driving it became more and more apparent that something was wrong. The car was shaking violently especially at high speeds and pulling to the right. I went to the most local tire shop I could find because I was so scared to drive any further. My husband had to take a cab to and from work. As it turns out, the people at michels put a tire up front with a busted belt. It was literally collapsing from the inside out. The guy at big o said it was egg-shaped where it should be round. I really doubt that that tire was the best of my old tires to salvage. I actually wonder if it was originally my tire because I was not having this problem before. In the very least they should have warned me /told me it was imperative that I replace that tire as well. Somehow I feel like they were trying to mess with me to get more money out of me. Either that or they really don't know what they're doing. read more
