I just was at the tires plus on bullsboro and witnessed a concerning situation. The manager that walks around and sets on his phone all the time, screaming at the workers, as he is looking at his social media doing absolutely nothin. Then a older guy comes out of the inside and starts cussing and yelling and the poor young man. They should be ashamed of how they treat these workers. I come here often for work, because of the young men at this establishment, and their work ethic. An the company should definitely look into who they have in charge at this location. I will make sure to recruit these young hard working young men to a better working environment. Tires plus do better at treating your employees An training of these so called manager!!!!!! LADIES BEWARE! When I first moved to Newnan in 2008, the manager at this store was great, and I really came to trust them.... but over the last 4 years, I have felt that they attempted to cheat me twice, and I can't ever trust them again A few years ago I had an older SUV in which the AC wasn't so great.... then one day it stopped working. They told me my unit was frozen, hanging off the car and the whole thing needed to be replaced -to the tune of $1800 (pretty sure that would have totaled my vehicle and I definitely couldn't afford it- would have been a hot GA summer). I brought it to a friend's mechanic who was able unfreeze, remount, and tune up for about 650!! I refused to step foot in Tires Plus again. My husband would take it for oil changes and for my lifetime alignments because it's the closest shop to us, but I had not gone back until recently, in my newer SUV. my husband was out of the country and I needed my lifetime alignment.... while I was there I figured I'd ask why my AC wasn't as cold as it used to be. They told me my condenser was shot and I needed a "condenser kit" that would run me $2300! ("funny" thing is that I don't recall an issue with my AC before my husband brought it for an oil change a couple weeks prior.... makes me wonder?). Anyway, the fact that it was still blowing cool air made me question if I TRULY needed to replace the system.... seems to me when your condenser is shot it won't get cold.... so I brought it to Manning and Sons on Temple Ave, which came recommended by multiple people.... guess what? Found a leak in one of the AC lines- $410! Are you kidding me Tires Plus?!? your customers need to trust you, but you take advantage of us because we don't understand what's under the hood?!? I wonder how many unsuspecting people have had costly repairs they didn't need, causing financial hardships for some???! Shame on you! My car was bubbling while driving. They told me after inspection that car needs brake disk and brake for $410. I asked if problem going to be fixed with that, they replied yes. After work done and I paid they told me that most of vibration gone but might have little bit vibration and I need to replace tire rims for that. Then I go some other place and they been so quick about problem just after touching tire. They asked me to change one tire in back and replaced new tire with my old one. And boom... problem gone. It's just a tire problem and Tire plus charged me $390 and suppose to charge me more for tire rims. Such unskilled staff they have or they are just cheaters. I made today for an online appointment to get my oil changed at 5 pm which I have used before when I lived elsewhere and really never had any problems. I arrived 13 minutes early and informed them of my appointment I was told they were booked for the rest of the day. I was a bit taken back by that considering I should have been one of the appointments, then I was offered other days which I have to work, I just said I would try some other time which I won't do I ll just take my business elsewhere. read more

Went there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Received a phone call telling me my battery is showing low voltage and that it would cost 179 dollars to replace it. Found this concerning since I replaced the battery 10 months ago and it's a 4 year battery. Picked up the car and drove it to Autozone. They were more than gracious and took the battery tester outside and explained what they were doing and what it should read. Needless to say the battery was in excellent condition. I called Tires Plus to share my concerns and they said they never tried to sell me a battery! WTF? Done with this place they are scammers! read more

NEVER EVER EVER take your car here for tire repairs. I stopped in this evening 06/29/22 at 6:15 for a tire plug. the extremely rude lady at the desk did not speak when i spoke to her first. i asked to get my tire plugged and she stated in a very nasty manner "where is yo tire?" I stated the tire on the wheel of my car. she then brushed pass me in a very negative manner, walked outside and turned back around and said "I can't plug yo tire tonight because I have plans to go out tonight."i was taken aback and repeated what i thought i heard her say. she repeated very loudly, "I can't plug yo tire and neither can deanthony because i have plans to go out tonight." I was completely taken aback and had my 3 year old granddaughter in the car with me. my granddaughter started crying after seeing this rude individual mistreat her nana. after deanthony seen how distraught we were, he kindly stated he would be happy to patch my car especially since I arrived prior to 7:00pm. deanthony was very apologetic and stated i am welcome to follow up with the manager in the morning and express my concerns on how we were treated as potential customers. I will definitely be calling and stopping by the tire plus newnan in the am to share our horrific experience we had to endure from such a rude, mean, darn right nasty receptionist who gives tire plus newnan a extremely bad reputation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEYOND TERRIBLE. The lady in the front with the long matted weave, headband, and pink nails just screamed unprofessional. While she was talking to us she continued to slide her gatorade bottle across the counter and looked at us as if she didn't even want to serve us. It's YOUR JOB and if you hate YOUR JOB...then quit. I went in here to use a rebate card and a pretty straightforward oil change took forever. They didn't stock the VW oil filter and had to order one; this became apparent to me after they had my car up on the lift and I was trapped there. I did enjoy listening to the manager on duty, or someone who appeared to be a supervisor, tell the staff how he had a cousin in prison and received a FB photo of his cousin and his cellmates....and how he didn't want to post anything on FB out of fear he would get beat up or something to that effect. Ok so I have two things to say about this place one positive and one negative, the positive one is the prices for tires are fair and they get the tire change done in reasonable time.. The negative one is I went in for an alignment and they said that there was a couple things wrong, bad shocks on the rear, bad cv axel on driver side and sway bar link bushing were bad and needed to be replaced. They double marked and triple marked up all the parts and then told me that it would be 1200 for parts and 400 for all the work. I went and purchased all the parts for 600 new and installed all In less than two hours. I understand the labor costs and they need to keep their doors open but come on no need to try and rob someone who they think has no mechanical knowledge.... I ask please don't be so greedy when marking up parts and give a little of a break and I promise people will be back and will tell others about the business. Now it's going to be all bad and I won't be coming back to your location or any other tires plus because of this. read more

Quoted $428 for 4 tires and front brakes. The tires were 47.99 each. Got there on Saturday amd they only had 2 of the tires and had to order the other two. So we got the front tires and brakes done. They said we needed rotors so the prices went to $472. Ok, well we agreed. Everything was done and we came back the next Saturday for the two tires they had to order. My wife dropped the care off to have them put on, I dropped her off to pick up the car. She called me saying we still owed $139. So I had to go up there and find out why. They said we had to pay for the two tires they had just put on. I explained we already paid the full$472, they then said that was just for the 2 tires and brakes. That is NOT what I was quoted. So he then went and talked with someone. He then came back and had the nerve to ask me, since it was a miscommunication, if I would meet him in the middle. I told him A LIE IS NOT A MISCOMMUNICATION!! I told him absolutely not, just take everything you put on my car off and put my original parts back on. He then offered to take care of the whole thing. They lie to you and WILL take advantage of you, especially if you are female. read more

This place wasted my time. I came in at 10:15, they told me the wait would be an hour. I asked them at 11:45 when they would be able to look at my car? I was told I had to wait even longer. In addition to that, they told me they could not replace my OEM STEM which has a tire pressure sensor with an ordinary tire stem. AND I was looking at an $80.00 + fix. So I went to Bucks tires,(see my review) their OEM STEM VALVE WAS 20 dollars cheaper, they replaced it with a regular stem per my request, I wasn't and out in 15 minutes & this was at lunch time. read more

I have been using this Tires plus store for over two years and am more than pleased with the service and quality of work they provide. They are not only thorough and professional but also don't make me feel pressured as do most car repair facilities. I am not a number or one time customer to them and from day one have made me feel comfortable. I haven't used any of the other stores because this one is tops to me! WOMEN BEWARE!!! - My young daughter who does not know much about cars went into Tires Plus and asked for a basic oil change. The person apparently talked spoke to her about a much higher oil change and told her that it was normal to pay such a high price. What should cost apx $30 ended up costing her apx $65. It's places like this that give mechanics a bad name. It's not that they do bad work, they just take advantage of the uninformed. This happened to my wife earlier as well, at this same location, where work was completed without authorization. She ended up having to call a regional manager to resolve this situation. This place should be investigated by the local news and be subject to the publicity of it's bad practices. read more

Two months prior at Walmart, I received an equal value tire and an oil change for $92.57. Walmart is more in tune with my budget. read more

Excellent business. I travelled to 2 other tire stores (kaufman and goodyear). The other tire shops could not touch tires plus prices. Although they may be decent shops, they could not compare to the service that Danny Smallwood offered. Danny truly cares about the customer and he listens. Stop by amd ask for him.
