Zero stars, this place is a Scam, went in for an alignment and did absolutely nothing. All the adjuster nuts associated to alignment have to wear marks of any tools being used, my steering wheel was left cricked as it was when I went in, they did not provide a print out of my alignment adjustments, my fittings did not get grease. Do not trust. read more

I wanted to follow up on my last review. I am grateful they took the time to help me the night the weather was so bad and they were getting ready to close. it would have been hours sitting in a bad neighborhood. So for that reason they're still getting a mid level star rating. That said... the tire they sold me was garbage. It was used which can be fine. what they didn't disclose was it had road damage and had been patched (badly). It ended up going flat every other day. I went elsewhere to get it replaced. one thing that also stood out was that when I was at Tire Plus they claimed the tire that popped had been 'nearly bald.' the next place tested the corresponding tire and it was at a 7. Its front wheel rive, both front tires would have had the same wear. Again I appreciate the help. However given the experience the place seems a bit sketch. read more

The place everyone goes to across the street was super busy as usual so I came here to get a slow leaking tire plugged. Came in and saw 1 worker and ZERO Customers. I always knew this place had issues and this location is also cursed. They go out of business and change ownership every few years. If you drive up and down 82nd often, you will know what I'm talking about. Anyways, I found the 1 employee working and asked if he can plug my tire. He says yes, I ask how much, he says $25 I said $25!!?!? Can you go cheaper and he says $15. I say I only got $10 and he says to go inside to talk to the boss and I go inside and haggled with the Boss and got it down to $10. The employee plugged my tire in less than 10 Minutes. I go home and a couple hours later, my tire was flat again. The only way I would ever come back here again is if my car broke down in their driveway and a cement truck were to flip next to my car and pour cement around my car and glue my car to their parking lot. read more

We checked out tires and pricing as he told me the truth about all tire brands. I am not the type to just agree but he was very sincere about his business and I ended up getting my tires from here. Called about a lug nut key , while I was trying to describe what size it was, I got hung up on. Dude was a dick.

I went to a jiffy lube on Sandy for an oil change and they told me I needed my brakes pads replaced but were trying to charge me like $300 for it. Called this place and they said it would only be $130. So I drove over here for it instead. Turns out I still had 75% left on the brake pads and jiffy was just trying to steal from me. This place told me the truth about what my car didn't need and saved me a bunch of money. Next time my car does actually need something, I'm bringing it here. I trust them to be honest and not charge me for things I don't need. Two thumbs up and five stars! read more

These guys don't reply to emails, they falsely tried to tell me that I had to buy bigger rims and tires because the tpms sensors wouldn't fit unless I did, and getting them to answer the phone is frustrating to say the least. Once they had my $2000 for new rims and tires, they quit caring. Nice business practices. I will be using their competition across the street from now on. read more

I go hiking frequently and went through a rough road; I hit a huge bump bending the sway bar and breaking a sensor under my car. I also needed new tires, breaks, and rotors. After going to the dealer, Beaverton of Kia at a 700% mark up, I went to Tires plus near my house. The owner is honest, outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Due to my hesitation and misguided trust, especially being taken advantage of as a woman, he took the time to show me (with my own eyes) his diagnosis. Totally transparent. The price range was totally affordable, preformed the task in a timely matter, with great customer service. I couldn't have ask for anything more. Highly recommended! I didn't have too much of an issue until I did some research. Most other tire shops will have more competitive and value oriented prices for the same tires along with handy free services. A single 19" tire from here costed me $260 while more reputable stores had the same tire for $220. When asking for the OE size tire, he recommended to purchase a wider and lower profile tire size (for front) instead to improve performance and keep the sidewall size the same for the entire set; I agreed at the time without the knowledge that: 1. A vehicle with a staggered arrangement usually has taller tires in the front to bare impact from the road. 2. The unusual size he suggested costed much more (~$80+ each). Driving after installation I heard rubbing noise when taking sharp turns, then inquired if I could have them returned and switched for the OE size; I was then promptly told that I'd have to pay a return fee to do so (~$100 each), I then kept that set to ended up regretting it. After driving for a few months one of the front tires developed a bulge; this is usually caused by road damage and is not recommended to drive on since it may break at any given moment while driving. I had it replaced at full price since the owner did not mention/offer options such as road hazard coverage nor warranty, only to have the other front tire a month later burst outright while traveling at 20mph. The redeeming factor this place might have is the wide selection in tires, although quite a few of them can be found at other stores for less with included benefits. read more
