I was in and out with a fixed flat on a Sunday in less than 15 minutes. Very reasonable price also.

I went in for what should have been a simple brake service, but it quickly turned into being told that my brake caliper also needed to be replaced. What concerns me most is that my vehicle had never run hot or overheated at any point during the time I've owned it. However, immediately after leaving the shop, my car started running hot for the first time. I also noticed two different employees working under my hood, even though I was only there for brake work. That raised concerns because there was no clear reason for anyone to be working in the engine compartment. Given the timing, it's hard not to question whether something may have been disturbed or improperly handled during the service. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and sketchy. The staff appeared inexperienced, and I left with more problems than I arrived with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend trusting this shop with your vehicle. read more

Honestly I don't think I'll be back to a big brand tire shop again. This place has been consistently great. They made a great recommendation on tires and although the tires are still fairly new I keep getting lucky with all the nail/bolts on the Portland streets. I often come in last minute with no appointment for a tire patch and they have me in and out in about 10 minutes. If you buy tires here they do some maintenance on them like patches free of charge. I have brakes coming up and I'll definitely be getting them done here. read more

These guys are scammers they said my father wasn't due for an oil change but had us sit there with our hood up for 15 mins... loosened the oil plug an never tightened it back up so all the oil leaked out and if my boyfriend didn't come over to check it out we might have had a blown engine... come to find out they never even changed out the oil filter... my father never questioned them... we have been paying them $42.00 every time... there wasn't even a gasket on the oil filter... jerks really taking out money for nothing... After technically begging them to fix it, they considered taking me in, while being there they were not busy at all so I don't know how they didn't have time if there was no people other than me and one more person and 4 workers? They plugged my tire today and had me back on the road in 7 minutes for only 10 bucks. They repair tires and will sell you used tires of you are in a bind and need something to keep you on the road until you're ready to buy new tires, which they also sell at some of the lowest prices in town. Premier tires didn't pay me to write this review, I'm just a really satisfied customer. This morning looked bleak for the driving situation, but once again they fixed me up and had me back on the road. Thank you for always helping me. I had a terrible time today trying to find a shop to mount my new tire for my motorcycle that Vicious cycles said terry wood change but argued and changed their mind. I called everywhere and ever up here. They mounted it no problem even though I was mounting a car type tire to my motorcycle wheel. I put the wheel on my bike ave ride for 30 minutes and am pleased with the tire. Thank you for being awesome. read more

The tires may or may not be used -- they look brand new but are not retreads. I think the tires are either surplus from brand retail stores or come off dealer demo cars. Whatever -- they look and drive brand new but for 25% of retail prices. Roberto and his crew are friendly, fast and reliable. In 6 weeks I have put over 4,100 miles on the four tires they sold me; through rain, ice and snow -- no problems. And do yourself a favor, trust what you see; ignore what you hear from others. Especially other tire shops. I got 4,100 miles on Roberto's tires in 6 weeks for 25% of what the brand outfits quoted. It's OK not to pay more. read more

I was sold one tire for my 1997 BMW 540i V8 in during the summer and was informed by another shop that I should replace. I thought, WTF? Why would I do that? I just got this and it has alot of tread on it. They pointed out that the last two numbers of the four on the tire indicates the year it was manufactured and the first two indicates the weeks out of 52 that it was made. My last two digits was 92. Thankfully this business was open and told me to come in. Tractors may not be their standard affair but they jumped in with both feet. Turns out I didn't have one puncture; I had four punctures! When I called I was quoted a price of $80 to $90 for a set of two tires but then after the work was completed they charged me $110. The new front tires were not balanced correctly and made the car shake so badly. I had to go back the next day and they said they would rebalance the tires. After I left my car stopped shaking and I assumed everything was fixed. I didn't realize until after that all they had done was take the new tires I bought and put them on the back, and move my old back tires to the front. They didn't rebalance my tires, they just moved the unbalanced tires to the back of my car instead. If you go here, make sure you check the work that is done. I will never go back. read more

I had a total of 6 or 7 used tires (once all 4 at the same time) and both front wheel bearings done by this shop in a short period of time. 3 of these tires had to be replaced via warranty which caused uneven wear and alignment problems due to unmatched tires. 3 months after replacing my front driver bearing, it needs to be replaced again. Also all 4 tires are bad again. Poor workmanship and bad parts. Never going again. Went to Les Schwab instead. A little more expensive but worth it. Don't do it! read more

I had a small nail in my tire that was not patchable and I had to get my tire replaced. I also have four wheel drive so I now I needed all four new tires...but not really. I went to premier used tires to see if they could help with any options and I don't know if I just got lucky but they actually had my exact tire in a smilies tread that I was able to replace with the one tire that had a nail in it!! Roberto was so helpful and was able to get it fixed right away. I am so happy because I couldn't afford 4 brand new tires, nor did I feel like I needed them at that time. Instead of saying "oh yeah you need a new tire", I was told no new tire needed! Imagine my surprise when they said it could be plugged for just $10 instead of ripping me off for a $150 tire. We got a flat the night of our wedding and stopped off here to get the tire replaced so we could head out on our honeymoon. They noticed the "just married" written on our car and made sure that they took care of us as quickly as possible to get us on the road. We were on site for less than 25 minutes total. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us had lived where we went for our honeymoon so we made conversation about that while completing the transaction. Back in 2018 I left a review because I bought a used tire from here while I had a bmw back then, when I got home the tire was completely flat and when I called them and took it back they were rude and trying to say I did foul play to it or something but in reality they just sold me a shitty tire, I don't recommend this place and I don't know how my old review disappeared but here's basically the same review. And by the way till this day I never got a refund, I ended up getting a tire replaced by them after complaining to them and it just so happens the same exact thing happens in the morning my 2nd tire was flat, (I also missed my first day at a new job at the time and lost the opportunity to work there because I missed my first day) the next thing I did was drive to discount tire and they took VERY good care of my vehicle. Bought a nice used set of Michelins, no complaint about the tires, great value. During installation they broke two of the bolts, one on each side of the rear wheels. The guy blamed it on the last shop I'd been to and he couldn't fix it as he said his dad handled those things and he was gone. So I returned to the other shop who just laughed and said hey, we do this every day, they were fine when you were here last, they broke them, plain and simple. So I had them fix both with new bolts and paid to have it done. Would not return to this shop just simply because they didn't take responsibility for a problem they created. read more

One of my girlfriends rear tires went flat this morning on the way to work. So I get up and head there to put the spare on. Now I'm looking for a open tire shop nearest to me that's open on a Sunday cause I don't want her riding around on a spare. I swear I'm looking for 15 minutes straight and there are like no tire shops open on sunday, wtf. except for PREMIER USED AND NEW TIRES. They fixed the hole in the tire for $10, filled it with air, change the spare out and put the spare back under the car. Fast service, legit and OPEN ON SUNDAY! Got a giant something-or-other in my tire on Saturday night and had to put on my donut. Took my car to Bridgestone this morning (Sunday) and was told they could not patch it and that I would need to buy two new tires, and it would be a minimum 4 hour wait, or possibly until tomorrow, to get repaired. I checked Google, found this place, gave them a call, and they told me to come in. I was there for no more than 1 minute before they had the tire off of my car, were able to patch it, and sent me on my way, all at a very reasonable cost. Feeling super thankful that they were able to save my tire and do it so quickly. Moral of the story: Don't judge a book by its cover - give these guys a try if you need help. read more
