Josh is amazing. His attention t detai,l and his passion to help come through in everything he did for me and my car. To say he went the extra mile is an understatement! Josh and his team took care of my 2914 Mitsubishi Evolution MR like it was their own. I received prompt and numerous communications, and if I had a question, Josh was all over it. Review for Tires R Us - Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I waited nearly 3 hours with two small children in the car just to have one tire replaced. The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended. read more

Daisy was very helpful in verifying our tire time and diagnosing our tire issues. We came for one tire that had popped and she showed us that the tire of the other side of our vehicle was showing wires and was close to going flat as as well. Daisy gave us a great deal on two new tires and changed one of the valves that was leaking air from breaking after going flat. This couple is a godsend and I'm so thankful Daisy and her husband were had availability after 11pm when I needed a shop the most and my roadside service couldn't help because we didn't have a spar. thank you so much! My vehicle was towed by AAA there with a blown out R rear tire. I called first and they said to bring it in he would fix it. They are a 24/7 shop. I finally got there at 11:30pm. it was cold and we had to wait outside. There were two cars ahead of us. When he finally got to my vehicle it was after 3:30am. By this time we my daughter and I, are cold and tired. He says that I need 4 new tires. He ends up putting wheels that were mounted already from a Mustang on my car. All I wanted was the rear tire but he claimed we would not make it home (still had 89 miles to get home) with the tires on my car. It is now after 4am. Bad decision on my part. I now found out that he put wheels that should not be on my car and the reason he could not activate the sensors is because there were none on the wheels he installed. He said that his tablet went down and he could not activate them. He couldn't activate them because there are none on the wheels. He apparently removed them when he took them off the Mustang. He said I need a wheel alignment I took it to be done but it can't be done because of the wheels he installed. He scammed us into installing the wheels he apparently wanted to get rid of. We finally left there at after 6am by now cold and awake for 24 hours. I am filling a complaint with the BBB against this business. if you go there, be very careful. They are available at all hours once you call to confirm exact time of arrival. They have tires with a lot of life still for decent prices. I was satisfied with the tires I received here. I couldn't find my tire size USED anywhere and they had a matching set for me. read more
