The very next day, the tire pressure warning light came back on, and after checking, I realized the tire they sold me was used, completely worn out, and had no grip at all. I tried contacting the shop multiple times, but Josh, the only person working there, didn't answer my calls. He just replied once via text saying he was busy. Keep in mind, Josh works alone, so you'll have to wait while he finishes working on other cars before he can assist you. The place itself feels very shady. You need a code to get in, and Josh is the one who lets you in and out. I honestly don't know if he even has the proper permits--it felt like work being done "in the shade." I had no choice but to buy a brand-new tire for $120 the following week. Selling a defective, unsafe used tire is not just bad service--it's dangerous. Please don't waste your time or money here. The service is not reliable, and the product quality is unacceptable. I saw many reviews talking about how honest and great the service was--I fell for that. But my experience was the complete opposite. As a single mother, money matters, and above all, so does safety for my kids on the road. Definitely not recommended.

Took their time, even showed me the tire in the dunk tank that there was no leaks, and when I asked why it might still be leaking one of the guys said you know what maybe we should replace the valve stem sometimes it gets stuck. They replace it for free and the dunk test for free. Which also meant a lot because I've had to put a couple thousand dollars into my van just this month and money is tight. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional very courteous. If I have need, I will be giving them my business in the future.

The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they could fit me in at 9 a.m., and from there, it was a matter of approximately 30 minutes for one of the men there to jack up my car, remove the tire, find the location of the leak, fix it, and remount the tire to my car. There were TWO pieces of metal that had caused the problem, which surprised me, as I hadn't known that was even possible! Lol The price for all that was very reasonable, in my opinion, and if -- when, really -- I have that or any other tire-related issue, I will absolutely call Royal Tire Service again! Suddenly, the air started coming out of one…read moreof the tires after four months of use they told me I might need a new rim or to have a repaired because they could not find the problem with the tire, but they said because I rode on it while it was flat two houses down the road to fill it up that I had damaged the side walls and the tire needed to be replaced. My mechanic recommended calling the rim doctor. Jose met me took the tire in very nice man and Mark was extremely nice as well. They checked the tire for leaks as Sam's club put it back on the rim and in the back of my van for me... So they checked the rim and they said we find no leaks no problem and I said well why did I lose pressure and then after filling it the next day the tire was completely flat? He said well if you want we can take the tire off and see if there's something wrong inside the rim and I said yes please. They took it off and showed me that there was no damage to the rim where the seal is made that it was in perfect condition, they cleaned off some of the excess old sealant. And then also said I don't know why they said the side walls are damaged on this this tire looks brand new and showed me the tire and explained everything to me. This means a lot because I'm a woman and many of these men that work in the Auto Repair treat me like I'm an idiot like I know nothing which is not true. I really appreciated the respect and time that Mark and Jose showed me and how they took me and showed me firsthand the tire and the rim and even recommended going to a different shop to have them do a dunk test on the tire which I did. I highly recommend this shop! It's rare to find such integrity and kindness these days.

Response from the owner 4 hours ago: Nobody would install 37x12.50R22LT on a dually truck for $25! Besides, nobody mentioned anything about the tire lube. We don't charge people for tire lube. It's about the LABOR, not the tires. If you find "cheap" tires online, it does not mean it's cheap to mount them. Those tires would break anybody's back to just roll them out of the bed of your truck, let alone mounting them. It takes 2 people to work on each single tire. Our prices are fair, but we can't work on a dually truck for $25. My response: Things couldn't be more evident that you're are an opportunist and scammer. I returned to the shop, and I was told that the technician had forgotten to reconnect part of the air intake system. Once they fixed it, the car ran normally again. While I appreciate that they corrected the mistake, this should never have happened in the first place. The invoice shows that a complimentary inspection was performed, but a disconnected air intake should have been caught before the vehicle was returned to me. This was more than just an inconvenience it could have caused an accident if the vehicle had stalled in traffic or at a busy intersection. I expect better quality control and a proper final inspection before customers are sent back on the road.
