We were looking for a company to apply PPF to our new vehicle. We called and spoke to Jeremy who…read moreidentified himself as the store manager. After a brief conversation to determine if they could provide this service we drove the 40 miles to their location. Jeremy went over the details of application and price. We accepted the quote, booked a date and made a deposit. We indicated this was our only vehicle and was told they get a corporate discount with enterprise and would take us to pick up a car. We asked if we need to contact enterprise as was told NO. The day we were to drop off the car Jeremy was not there. A woman, name unknown was there. After we explained why we were there she proceeded to ask for all of our information again. Seemed strange as we had already provided this information to Jeremy. We told her that Jeremy was supposed to be there with his truck to show us the PPF installed on his windshield. We waited close to 2 hours only to be told that Jeremy was on a job and wouldn't be in. We were told they would take us to the car rental in our vehicle. This was unsettling but agreed. Got to enterprise car rental only to be told they had no cars to rent us. At one point they tried to rent us our own vehicle!!! At this point we had had enough, told the woman we were canceling and wanted our deposit refunded. She said to drop her off at the Chevy dealer and she would get a ride back to JC Customs from her boyfriend. I guess she didn't trust us to drive her safely back to her workplace. We refused told her we were all going back together so we would have a receipt for our refund. There was no apology given, no attempt to make things right. Jeremy made no attempt to reach out to us. The customer service is nonexistent with JC Customs. If you're looking for a company for PPF applications keep looking, this company is not worth hiring.

I should have listened to the other reviews and been wary when Inside Out had availability to get…read moreme in within 2 days for window tint. All 4 of my door windows have specs of dirt that is very visible stuck in the tint and one window has bubbles in the tint. I was charged extra for how the cut had to be made for the back window of my car and the tint looked like a 5 year old cut it. I waited a couple of weeks to see if the bubbles would work their way out and when they didn't, we called to get it fixed. The guy had me bring the car up and I pointed out the issues. He said to call on Monday for an appointment. We dropped my car off again the following week to ge the issues fixed. We got there and they did fix the tint piece that was hardly visible and the jagged cut on the back window, but didn't fix any of the problems on my 4 door windows which are the most visible! 1 window now also has a scratch through the tint where the guy was trying to argue about the bubbles and scratched the tint rubbing his nail on it. For $350 I expected perfect tint on my vehicle. Inside Out does terrible window tint work and has awful customer service. Oh and when you pick your car up, you will be able to smell the cigarettes that the installers smoke and you can't even put your windows down to air it out since there's wet tint. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
