I'm not a Karen but I am a female so they didn't listen to me or take me seriously. I'm never rude and I always try to explain in detail what is going on.. But they didn't listen to what I said was happening to my truck and they didn't even try to figure out what was wrong when I told them exactly the problems with it but they didn't even check those things. It's really not cool being gaslit by a business when you're paying them your hard earned cash. Now my truck is in worse shape and I have to find another place to fix whatever is wrong with it (assuming it's a clogged fuel injector) The only good thing was the man who brought a chair outside for me because I have misophonia and have anxiety attacks when I'm near certain sounds (yea sure call me a snowflake but mental illness is real, and mine was caused by men! Imagine that! ) but he talked to me and said he understood it so I am grateful for that man but everyone else didn't care about anything. read more

I have been a customer of Levy's for around 3 to 4 years, and I must say that once again, they have gone above and beyond what's expected. I had a battery issue, they ran the diagnostics and found that it was bad, contrary to what the business I bought the battery from told me. Jack answered all my questions in great understandable, relatable detail, and beyond expectation !!! Their customer service is beyond reproach, with an unassailable reputation !!! The staff at the desk who check you in and check you out are so very friendly and amiable. This visit proved once again an experience on a level that you just don't see any more these days !!!!! Levy's stayed open late after hours to get my Wife's brakes fixed on short notice so she go travel out of town the next day to visit her hospitalized sister. Thank you all at Levy Tires for saving the day! My daughter and her best friend walked out to the HS parking lot on Friday to see her friends tire was flat. The amazing Resource Officers at Lakeland High School removed the bad tire. We drove it over to Levys to see if it could be repaired. It turned out it was dry rotted but they had a tire in stock and gave us a great price. Then to top it off..... Levys went over and above to help us! Took my car to two other places and they could not find why my tire was losing air pressure. Took to Levy's and within 15 minutes they found it and fixed it. Charged a very nominal fee and I could not say enough positive things about the family atmosphere, how they treat their customers and how David meets with each customer to go over diagnosis, repair and answer any questions. I AM IMPRESSED!!!! From my first phone call to this business to driving away from this business after having my 4 tires replaced, I have been amazed! I am an older single woman and have been terribly taken advantage of in my many years ... my grandchildren laugh themselves silly when I tell them of my past experiences. The young woman I spoke with during my first call to this business was an excellent example of what this business delivers... she was very considerate, listened to my rambling explanation of my need for new tires, instructed me how to find the tire size I needed replacing, and told me she was sure Levy's could take care of me. I told her I would call back because I procrastinate. I called back several days later and spoke with the owner. He explained the difference in tires and I made an appointment for the following day. My tires were replaced within an hour of my arrival! Before the job was completed, Mr. Levy asked me to come to the installation dock, where my vehicle was on the lift to "show" me something. I was sure he'd found more problems. WRONG! He directed my attention to the underside of my Colorado... explained that my 7 year old truck had NO rust on the underside, showed me the brake pads, which were "all in good shape", and showed me tire monitor devices. I had just had one replaced several weeks ago at a Chevrolet dealership and paid several hundred dollars to have it installed. He was visibly shocked. He told me the cost of the part and installation was much less than $100. I will never take my truck to another place for oil changes and tires!!!! read more

I walked out to a screw in my tire while running some errands. I went to 3 other places and no one would help me, telling me I needed an appointment (how do you make an appt for a flat?) or would have to leave my car overnight. I called Levy's and, before I could even finish my sentence, they told me to come right over. Even though their bays were full, they were able to patch my tire within about 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly to me and everyone that came in. This was my first time here, but will not be my last! read more

I was in Lakeland on business. Got flat tire, two nails in one tire on a Tuesday evening. I called Levy's Imperial Tire at 7AM. David answered the phone with a positive can do attitude. He was very friendly and said if you come in at 8:15 I will have some take care of you. When I arrived he was looking for me. I found everyone in the service center to be very friendly and helpful. David had my tire fixed and out the door within 45 minutes total. The "old school" service and pride I received made my whole "flat tire" issues better. I've had my van in several times for repairs and maintenance and for the most part, all goes well - except with tires and wheels. Last week, two new tires were installed on the front and the fronts were rotated to the rear without increasing their air pressure to factory specs. Factory was 80 PSI and they left them at 56-60 PSI. Since the vehicle is used to shuttle people around town, this caused a major flap with my insurance company when they inspected the van a few days later. Levy's corected the PSI and I went on my way. On another vehicle, I had two new tires put on the rear and they improperly set the PSI in both of those. One was 30 PSI below factory and the other 8 PSI below. I'm afraid to have more tires installed there - on some trip to Orlando on I-4 a tire could fly off or explode and kill us all. read more

Very friendly and accommodating people. I came in a few months ago just before closing to have a tire repaired on my 1 ton dually. They stayed over and fixed me up free of charge. I advised that I would be in town for 4 months and would purchase new tires before I left. I came in this week and Levy called me by name and got me a great deal on tires. I would highly recommend this place. My car wasn't starting right and I thought it was my starter. They checked out my car and let me know it was my battery. My starter was fine. They did not over charge or try to replace something not broken. Also My air wasn't working. They were very thorough and found a leak which they fixed. I had taken my car to Pep Boys to have my A/C checked. They told me my entire A/C system had to be replaced. To get a second opinion I went to Levy's Imperial Tire. And I'm so happy I did, They are very honest people. I am very happy with this place. I will take my car here from now on. read more
