My favorites were the fresh lumpia and the tortang talong. The preparations were traditional and classic Filipino - no twists, no pretense. The prices were very reasonable. Filipinos seem to eat rice @ every meal. (No Carbs when I return to the US). Excellent food & service one of the few Filipino restaurants that had quick service. In Cloud 9, they have a hanging bridge connecting the restaurant to a view deck. It's best to go up here in the daytime or at sunset to enjoy the 360 degree views. Nightime may be a little dangerous to cross through the bridge and the view isn't as great at night either. There were lots of trees and greens on one side while you had the view of the city and the sunset on the other side. Cloud 9 surprised me because I had no expectations before going but ended up really liking the simple Filipino ambiance and lovely views.
