This has been a repeated problem, year after year with this company. When Mrs Ferrell called up to "collect," I pointed out that no inspection had been done. After telling me that I had not come to the door; she said, "All right, we will cancel your service" and banged the phone in my ear. I realize that if I have termites, they will not honor a contract, but they never really check for termites when they do come. Having this company is really having no coverage at all!
