But it was rude how my mom is sitting on the inside and she's the only person with fries and the ketchup is sat on the opposite end of her. My SIL had to ask for water refill twice. After three (I was only asked ONCE and told them I had already given the model# to the other person) attempts to get your model number to assist, I felt it best to end the call. At every turn you did not want to provide me with the information to help you but instead, you wanted to tell me about how you felt we were not taking care of you.
