This was not a big money-making job for them, but they came and fixed my leak and didn't do a quick rush-job. It was inspected thoroughly. This company is easy and a pleasure to work with. The guy that came out was very polite, took pictures and showed my the problems and the repairs he had made. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, very honest and trustworthy, which is something you don't see very often these days. I'd recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or any repairs, no matter where you live!! I will absolutely call them again when the need arises. Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review *Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) *Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. *Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) *Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. The guys that did our siding also cleaned up their stuff and shingles that had blown into my yard. They left it better than they found it! I highly recommend this company!!
