Because I'm furious…read more I've been a Club Studio member since before my location even opened, and today's interaction has me seriously considering canceling my membership. Here's what happened. I was already signed up for a class. I decided I'd rather take a different class that was happening AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. Here's the part that absolutely blows my mind: The class I was enrolled in had multiple open spots. The class I wanted to switch into also had multiple open spots. I'm going to repeat that because it's the entire point. BOTH. CLASSES. HAD. OPEN. SPOTS. I wasn't asking to jump a waitlist. I wasn't asking someone else to give up their spot. I wasn't asking for an extra class. I wasn't canceling altogether. I was simply asking to move my reservation from one class with open availability to another class with open availability at the exact same time. How does that hurt anyone? I called the studio, and Aiden, who said he was the supervisor, refused. His solution was that I needed to cancel my reservation in the app, pay a $15 late cancellation fee, and then rebook the other class myself. I explained--more than once--that both classes had open spots, so there was literally no impact to another member or the studio. His response every single time? "Yeah, yeah, yeah... no worries." Over. And over. And over. It wasn't reassuring. It came across as completely dismissive and condescending, like he couldn't have cared less about what I was saying. Finally, I told him, "If this is how Club Studio treats loyal members, I'm canceling my membership." His response? "Yeah, yeah, yeah... no worries." Then he immediately explained the two different ways I could cancel. That was it. No attempt to solve the problem. No attempt to retain a member. No, "Let me see what I can do." No, "Let me check with someone." Nothing. What infuriates me isn't just the policy. It's the complete lack of common sense and customer service. This could have been resolved in less than 30 seconds by moving me from one class with open spots to another class with open spots. Instead, they were apparently willing to lose a loyal member over a situation that affected absolutely no one. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership, and if I don't hear from management or corporate, my husband and I will both be canceling. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with Club Studio, or is this just unbelievably poor judgment by one supervisor?

So this is one of your smaller more 24/7 local gyms. Meant to come in work out and be a minute or two from home. I try to walk the 3 miles too and from my house in the alamo ranch area. You get a little rfid tag to get in, I wish they had an app so all I would have to bring would be my phone. But I'm just being picky. Just don't step outside, forget your card inside, and get locked out! Did that one night, had to wait an hour till someone else showed up so I could get my car keys doh! I think the only negative I have for this place is the small changing room/Bathroom. There is a shower and a stall for the toilet. With a small bench to change on. The door is right next to the bench so your either changing in the shower or in the toilet stall. Which isn't bad, just wish there were lockers to lock my stuff up in. They do have cubby boxes up front so that you feel like your in kindergarten again. They are right up front so at least you get the better set of mind that the person at the door will be watching over your stuff.

Restrooms are always clean, wipes stocked , and I have never even seen broken equipment. There is plenty of parking outside and it's well lit. Televisions work and there is plenty of free weights, cardio and even a studio. Definitely recommend if you are in or near Alamo Ranch (Calebra rd and Alamo pwky area).

The pricing jumped from $20 to 32 due to the sale being over in 2 months because I joined late. Not enough punching bags as one is not enough but nothing is done about it. Ill finish out my contract and make sure to cancel in person because it auto renews month after. People nice and respectful and due take the time to clean machines at times. They don't throw weights around or sit doing nothings for too long. I cant comment on the pool or lockers as I don't use them. I did mention the issues with the manager but it did nothing and offered excuses. She wouldn't honor the old price of $20.

They provide clases of one hr of intense exercise, they teach me how and what to do. They also provide a meal plan that I have to follow. Not only that they help me with recipes which I'm obsessed with lol cause I thought being on a diet meat don't liking the food, but this is not the case it's so delicious. It's been one week only and I feel amazing. I can't wait to finishing my 6 weeks challenge!!!
