One call to Don, and he was literally at our home within hours! Don was great to work with! Very receptive, affordable and he fixed our stove on the spot. We love local companies and Boe's is local to Cottage Grove however he services the south and east metro including North St Paul and Roseville. Boe's provides service and repair for appliances, furnace and A/C. We are scheduled to have our A/C and furnace tuned up. Thank you Don, we appreciate your service. We are proud to say that we have learned our lesson and now look forward to making Don at Boe's our first call for any service or repair!

Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. When I told him that wasn't a very professional way to run a company, he hung up. I was given the name of the company for being a very nice and friendly company by a friend, but after my experience I wouldn't have anything to do with that company even if they did the work for free.
