I hired Titan Inspection Services to check out an 83 year old house that I intended to buy. Jordan was very thorough and easy to work with. His report listed everything in specifics and he offered professional as well as personal opinions. He did have trouble locating a sewer access point around the house and yard so rather than yanking the toilet to attempt a scan, he initiated a partial refund of it as well as for the lead paint test which he said I probably didn't need as long as I didn't plan on eating any paint. He did find vermiculite insulation in the attic. That was a major find as far as I was concerned. That, along with the many small things he discovered helped me decide to rescind my offer. I feel like I avoided a lot of repairs and expenses that I wasn't prepared for. I will hire Titan Inspection Services again for the next house I buy and recommend them to anyone who's trying to decide which company to go with. read more

We are selling our home through Redfin, and Emmit came and did an inspection on our home. He was very personable, respectful, and provided a very nice thorough report including pictures with him pointing at specific areas. We are also buying a house, so we of course asked for the same inspection company and this time worked with Tristan, who also provided an extremely thorough review and gave me things to think about when countering on my inspection response. They were also so fast, I got the report back the next day, I was expecting weeks. They also don't just say what the issues are, they have clear pictures of what is going on, and if you need more clarification you can always call them. They really saved me because in this market, the seller was expecting me to buy without an inspection, and did not want to reveal some of the things found in the report. I hired Titan Inspection solely for a roof inspection. Jaime showed up on time, but without the ladder(s) he needed to access the 2nd story roof of our house. Fortunately I had a ladder which, when used in conjunction with the ladder he did bring, enabled him to get to the entire roof. He explained to me the current condition of our roof, what minor repairs are recommended now, what areas to be watch for potential problems, and how much longer our roof is likely to last. The report I received (in PDF format) was detailed, clear, and informative. It was worth the expense to me to get an objective assessment of our roof; I would hire them Titan Services Inspection again if the need arises. read more

Titan Home inspection was a breeze to work with, we had a home we are buying inspected and the sewer line scoped. Our inspector was helpful and explained everything as we went through the inspection and even gave us some tips along the way was far as stuff to look for and general maintenance as the home gets older. The sewer scope was interesting and definitely worth it to have peace of mind knowing there are no issues there. Their reports are easy to read as the home owner or buyer and understand what needs to be addressed. I would not recommend anyone for Titan Inspection Service. The Service Agent came and looks like he was in bit hurry and finished the whole house in an hour, which was really disappointing . I checked with my friends and they said for their house they took around 3 hours to complete the inspection , even the customer service agent told they will take around 3 hours but the Inspection Agent completed in an hour And I dont think he found any major issues apart what we mentioned. Looks like they are in hurry to complete as many houses they can , so that is the reason they are offering for so cheap. Better do not go with them and get disappointed. read more

Our 17 unit condominium complex had Titan come out to inspect our plumbing under 3 buildings as well as sewer scope and chimneys. Shawn was our inspector and he was just great.
