Titan Inspection Service did a wonderful job with my buyer's inspection on a home in Lake Stevens. The team arrived on time, explained thoroughly what the process would be, invited questions and were open to providing explanations throughout the inspection (when need occurred). The two inspectors (one a trainee) were professional, positive, very patient and forthcoming in their in explanations and interactions with us. They also clarified which elements of the inspection required immediate address and which could be taken care of over time (some needing professional intervention (e.g. dishwasher failure) and others which could be addressed by a "handyman". We used Titan Services for the home inspection process when buying our first home. We were recommended to use them by a good friend and we are so happy that we used them. Lyz, our inspector, ended up inspecting a total of two houses for my wife and I. The first house had way too many problems and it wasn't worth investing in. We anticipated this house to be problematic but we were being optimistic. Lyz was very honest with us and listened to our needs and we came up with the conclusion that this first house was not for us. A few weeks later we found another house that we were highly interested in. Lyz inspected this house as well. She was thorough, knowledgable, easy to work with, and had a flexible schedule. Titan Services emailed us an inspections report a day or two later that was easy to understand, had lots of pictures, and provided details for triaged problems ranging from observations, recommended repairs, to safety hazards. Their report is very detailed - A+ for that. However, 1) report doesn't mention estimated cost to repair findings. 2) there is lack of professionalism. There were couple of major findings that Jeremy forgot add (which is okay, it happens). When I requested if they would revise the report today in the morning, they first replied they would send it to ASAP (From what I have seen, ASAP means in 20 to 30 minutes the most), then they said by 6 pm. I got an email at 6:10 pm that the report has been revised but the new link to it wasn't sent to me which Brian Dodds said would be how I would get the revised report. read more

We hired Titan to do a home inspection for a house that we are in the process of purchasing. We chose them based on their ratings and reviews. Brian was able to fit us in the next day and was early (nice!) getting to work on the inspection before I got there. He inspected the outside as well as the inside. He used a drone to inspect the roof (Smart!) Post inspection, he discussed what he found and pointed out the limitations to any home inspection. We found hime to be candid and realistic about what might need to be done and the order that things might need to be done. He put himself in our shoes when making recommendations and we appreciated that. We received the digital report with photos and all recommendations. First class!
