Bryan did a full house inspection for a property that I made an offer. From the initial contact, to a phone call for confirmation of the appointment, to meeting Bryan, the process was all perfect. Bryan arrived on time, and spent 3 hours and did full top to bottom inspection of every details of the house. I wasn't able to be there, so this is written on behalf of my husband who was there. We went with the package that included the home inspection and sewer scope - which came out to be around $725. First off, Bryan is not only friendly and personable, but also extremely thorough and professional at what he does. He accidentally bumped into something and it caused a pretty bad bruise on his forehead, but had such a good, positive attitude about it (my husband was quite worried and felt very bad). Bryan was awesome and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to find someone who wasn't going to cut corners, going to look into everything they possibly can with a great amount of detail, and have criticism as if they were going to buy the house. Bryan was all of that plus more (because I followed him around for the 3 hours constantly asking what he was doing and also asking him more questions I randomly thought of). Bryan walked me through all of his thoughts (even though he was going to write them up in the report) and also gave me general insight about homeownership (I'm a first time homebuyer) all while being so kind, patient, and understanding. I learned so much about the house itself, what I can do to different parts of it, who I could call for things I don't know how to do, and rough estimates of how much those things would cost. Not only does Bryan know a lot about every detail of the home, he was just a generally lovely person to talk with. He was very respectful to my partner and myself, as well as our real estate agent, and of course the property. Very realistic and down to earth, but also I consider myself to be more realistic so I know the limitations of home inspection. Just an FYI that NO ONE is going to live in your house for 3 months to test things out and let you know if your washer/dryer are going to crap out in 2 months time, that is just homeownership. Also Bryan did a great job at the sewer scope, despite physical limitations (a plug that was near impossibly to take off without using an electric saw or requiring a lot of work from a plumber), he gave us good insight about what to look out for in the future, and how often to perform a sewer scope just to keep an eye on specific potential problem areas (nothing serious though). And this was all after he really injured his hand (Bryan, I hope your hand is feeling better by now), but he kept on trucking to get the job done. If I know anyone who needs an inspector, or if I ever need a home inspected in this general area again, I am definitely calling Bryan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. read more

This was a good experience, something I wish we'd done much sooner. Our older 1950s family home isn't 100 percent ship shape by virtue of its age, but we knew that this was the right time to do a home inspection. We would like it to be updated, functional and safe.
