Brian gave us a very reasonable flat rate for a 4 bedroom house and was available for the date we specifically requested. I would message Brian on odd hours and I would get a prompt reply. Extremely satisfied with their customer service. Emmitt was the inspector that inspected our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took over 200 photos of inside and outside of the house. And did a thorough overview of the house. We being first time home buyers with no experience of maintaining a house let alone buying a house, the inspection report had all the tricks and recommendations on how to maintain the house and links to cheap effective products. Even during the inspection, Emmitt gave us recommendations to ask the builder to provide before closure and negotiating elements. We being busy with the house buying, we overlooked many cosmetic touch ups and damages, but the report HAD IT ALL!! Very detailed and every nook and corner was examined. He even knew how to operate all the fancy smart meters and gave us tips. It was soooo easy for us to just forward the "builders recommendation" points from the report to our agent to get done. Not the worst, but unprofessional and unethical. The company is looking for making quick money by providing no value for the service. I DO NOT recommend them. I reached out to the company via Yelp asking for a 5-year certification on the roof. The customer care promptly accepted and sent an inspector. The inspector checked the roof and said it cannot be certified because of current conditions. He recommended a roof replacement to save costs on the spot repairs. He then did a basic roof inspection and sent a report in about 24 hours which was snippets of things that need to be fixed. I asked for an update to the report with all the reasoning that he mentioned in-person about possible discoloration in the attic roof. He said he will, and later resent the original inspection report - without a single update. I reached out to the owner asking him to look into my request. He was favoring his inspector all the time and backed him at all the points I asking to look into. All I was asking for is to do a moisture check using thermal imaging on the roof (which they show in one of their photos on Yelp). The owner also disregarded my request saying "It is only done when we see any signs of leakage". Having the moisture / leak detection would have helped me go for a roof replacement sooner than later. 3-4 phone calls later, both the owner and the inspector sent a referral for roofing company (different ones). I tried to get hold of the roofing companies for a week and never heard back from them. Eventually gave up. read more
