He replaced my very worn out flower beds with rock and a stone wall and suggested moving a tree and additional tree. Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great! I promise I'm not paid for…read moremy reviews....I only review things when I'm super excited. :) We built a pool this past year and the yard needed LOTS of help. It has never grown grass or been taken care of. The previous owners kept two ponies in the back yard, so it needed a lot of love. We hired The Garden Gnome inc. after having a handful of landscapers out who NEVER actually sent a quote. What is up with that?!!? Chip and his crew were fan-effing-tastic. I cannot tell you enough good things. First, we were waiting on our pool people to finish the grading before we could get started. Chip followed up weekly to see about the progress. When his quote came in a bit high, he made appropriate adjustments to not only save us money but plan for the future and not lose the bamboo and palms that I really wanted....who knew grass would be so expensive! His guys showed up every day on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, played with my doggos, did daily walk throughs, and LOOK AT THIS YARD. He worked alongside ATZ irrigation to make sure everything was watered properly b/c they do not do irrigation. It is NIGHT and DAY from before. My kids now play outside in this area and I can walk barefoot if I want (though...I get scared of grass in FL....) This was not a cheap job but was well worth it as we continue to create our space. We decided we couldn't leave our front yard a ruckus, so he is coming BACK out next week to do the rest ASAP! So excited to have the whole yard done. He is even putting in a butterfly garden for me b/c I love attracting all the different butterflies and dragonflies out here! Highly recommend!

This has been dragging on for over one year!!!! Owner Chip keeps telling me he'll be out to see why side yard still fllods after charging me extra to install several french drains; HE NEVER SHOWS! Front seems to be dispersing water correctly. However, several employees changed Chip's original plans---all I know is it still ponds water along the fence after hard rain....and I paid good money and got a written guarantee the work would cure my problems!!!!! IT HASN'T..... I have charge back insurance since I paid with a credit card; but I do not like all this wasted time! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- But Garden Gnome FAILED to deliver....now they disappeared after getting paid!!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DO YOU WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY IF THEY FAIL TO PERFORM.....AND THEN REFUSE TO RETURN TO FIX THEIR SUBSTANDARD WORK????
