Highly recommend Titan Roofing. Very professional and efficient service. I needed to have my roof replaced/repaired and fortified. I looked around for various contractors who gave varying estimates. Titan came in with a reasonable estimate and a solid and full explanation of the process (what do I know about roofing?). James was amazing: he gave lots of good background explanations into the process, materials used (layers of most recent upgraded materials; Cool Technology - I wanted the shingles to have the best reflecting properties so the sun damage would be less; Sure Nail technology, etc.), warranties, disclosure about possible additional expenses discovered during the work (e.g. additional wood, etc.) and I was finally reassured and felt comfortable using Titan for the job. The team of workers were very efficient, experienced and polite, they started work early in the mornings, they cleaned up their mess every day and they knocked out the work in about 2-3 days. I decided to add in replacing the gutters and down spouts too, since they were so proficient. The results were brilliant, exceptional!! My roof is the talk of the neighborhood! To top it off, the owner, Andrez, was extremely accommodating, helpful and considerate. He showed good management of his team, going the extra mile (they moved some old stuff around in the garage without quibbling), he sent photos of the work as it progressed (much appreciated!) and he was well-organized, proficient and professional. Titan Roofing had recently put a roof replacement on a second home we have. When called for an estimate Andrez, owner and James, sales manager came out in a timely manner. Andrez and James did a thorough inspection of roof making sure nothing was left out to insure no additional surprise costs. The estimate was a fair price, plus he was able to start right way. The roof was installed in a timely manner and looks really nice. About a month after putting the new roof on our second home, our primary residence had a leak in the office area. I called a round for estimates, including Titan. After talking with many roofers, I again decided to go with Titan Roofing. Their estimate was mid-range, but I knew they did a good job on our second home and trusted that they would do the same on this house. They did what is referred to as "Maintenace" on our roof. It included repairing the area where it leaked, replacing all cracked and broken tiles, putting slipped tiles back in place, resealing vents and chimney. It also included cleaning out our gutters and repairing a down spout. Then as an added touch, I had two rain chains I had wanted installed, they just said oh we will do that. Andrez and the whole team at Titan were fantastic. Everyone was professional, polite and kept a very clean jobsite. What can I say that hasn't been said . . . Andrez installed a new roof on our home and coordinated the removal and re-installation of our 22 solar panels. I am a real estate broker by trade and am very selective on whom I use for personal property needs. From the beginning Andrez went over the roofing options and showed he is an honest dealer from the beginning . . answering all my questions and going over the various options including overlap solutions for potential water seepage, color schemes, materials and coordinating the solar removal. He was prompt from day one and he and his crew were positive and hard working people . . just who you want working on your home! The project finished in excellent time on our 2,000 square foot home and came out just right and looks beautiful. They also did a great job replacing some dry rot wood and Andrez recommendation (Omar) did a great job (at a good price) removing and replacing our solar as it was needed just before the roofing began and replaced just after completion. I can't recommend a roofer any more than Titan roofing . . and the pricing was right! read more

I recently had an urgent roofing issue brought to my attention by the heavy rain we recently experienced. Near our chimney there was water somehow leaking inside and reaching the drywall. We called Titan Roofing and were blown away by their prompt response and professionalism. Their team arrived on time and worked efficiently to remove all the roof tiles in the area, strip the underlayment, and found the wood rot issues with the plywood. They then replaced the plywood, used a sealer, replaced the underlayment, and added the roof tiles back in place. My wife is a bit picky when it comes to the home aesthetics, but Titan Roofing even made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided a fair and transparent estimate. I was also impressed with the care they took to protect my property and clean up debris after the job was done. Titan Roofing was excellent from the beginning to the end of the reroofing. Andrez (the owner) and James came to the house, inspected the roof and gave us our estimate. They explained what needed to be done, brought tile samples to the house, and scheduled the job. The work began promptly. Since there was a lot of repair work that needed to be done, the workers came early and left late. They were professional and kept the work area clean after each workday. Andrez and James were frequently on location to oversee the reroofing, and we were kept up to date with photos. In addition to the reroofing, they also replaced the drains and downspouts. California had been experiencing heavy rains in early 2023 and late 2022, and finally I discovered that my roof had started to leak. I spoke with several roofers and was delighted to discover Titan Roofing. Titan's owner, Andrez, was talented at diagnosing the problem, showing me photos of holes in the roof, and outlining possible solutions. Andrez was able to get a crew up on my roof two days later. When they pulled up the shingles around the holes, they found some rotten wood, so they headed to the hardware store immediately to obtain the materials to solve that issue as well, all before the end of the day! Overall great experience. I called multiple roofing repair companies before calling Titan and never received a call back. Titan was different. They gave me a call back right away and they came out to my home for an estimate right away.
