Chuck came out and explained everything thoroughly, measured, and gave a fair price. He was so knowledgeable, answered every question, and knew how to describe everything so that we could understand. It was almost like having an old friend over - that's how friendly and approachable he was. No hard selling, no pressure at all. All the windows are made to order - so Chuck told is it could take 6 weeks. But, they were done within 3 weeks - so we were very pleasantly surprised. Dimitry came to do the installation. He did three windows in three hours, and did them so incredibly well. Additionally, he cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn't even tell that windows were replaced. He treated the job like it was being done in his own house; that's the level of craftsmanship and professionalism he showed. CONDENSATION ALL YEAR ESPECIALLY SUMMER AND WINTER We are very disappointed with window world product. The staff were nice but our windows continue to have condensation in the morning all year round even in summer time with zero visibility outside to look at our view. They replaced some but they still do the same. They keep saying it's normal for windows to have condensation like car windows which we never experienced even from our old windows. We talked to other window dealers and they said it's a lie that condensation is normal for new expensive windows. In the morning we can't see our outside view for hours until later when the sun melts the condensation especially during winter. It's a poor material even though it looks new. The refused to give another sets that does not have the same problem because they said we have to buy a new set and it's different color. We're stuck with this annoying problem for life and bad view unless we spend a lot again to replace it. I wish they would correct this. read more

I noticed one of the windows, the largest wasn't sliding as easy as it did when installed. I called and setup an appointment and they sent Tech Art G. Let me say first that before I retired I was a in home service tech manager for a company you all know with a large crew doing hundreds of in home calls each month. Art provided the level of service I expected from my tech's flawlessly. If I was still working I would have tried to hire him. He was on time, very friendly, knew the product well and efficient. He fixed the problem, educated me on maintenance and was out in less than 15 min. All at no charge. To me the sign of a good company is what happens after the sale. we have our windows upgraded early this year. after a recommendation from one of our neighbors, we decided to go with them. the process went well from estimate, measurement and installation. the person that gave us an estimate was extremely professional and answered all our questions and didn't try to upsell their products nor pressure us to say yes at time the time he showed up. after my wife and I decided to go on with the window upgrade, they have somebody came to us and did the measurement that lasted about 15 mins. the installation was also breeze. 2 person came for installation and they were efficient that they were just after lunch. we are extremely satisfied with the whole process and we are able to open and close out windows without any issue and our house is definitely cooler. highly recommended with them. read more

I appreciate all the work put in to ensuring my windows look good. The installers; Will, Marco, Eddie & David were quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Any issues I encountered I expressed, and they rectified as quickly as possible. I highly recommend you contacting Window World for new windows and you can't beat their warranty. If I had to provide any constructive criticism, I would say that it would have been beneficial to know that the framing of our windows was not straight, so we could have made a decision to have that fixed before installing the windows. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company. On February 28, a Window World employee came out to measure a window that had a blown seal and needed to be replaced. Window World supposedly has lifetime replacement of their windows. As of today, August 5th, I still do not have this replacement window and am very tired of calling their office and getting the message that they will call me when it's ready to install! We recently contacted 3 companies to bid on a window replacement project for our home. We wanted to initially replace 3 windows to begin with and later all of the windows in our house that were showing signs of age. Window World won the bid on price and good references from our neighbors that replaced their windows with this company. Everything was going well up to the installation date. On that day they made a big mistake. The crew arrived on time removed my 3 old windows without checking that the new windows were ok. When they started the installation process they then noticed that one of the new windows was broken and had no choice but to install it that way because the old windows were destroyed during removal. I had to wait weeks with an installed broken window for a replacement window to arrive and that is simply not acceptable. Can you imagine if the new window was so broken that it couldn't be installed and my only choice would have been to have a hole on the side of my house for weeks while we waited for the replacement? Eventually the new window arrived and the replacement was completed with no further issue. I requested for somebody to call me to discuss why I should continue to use Window World for the 12 other windows + Kitchen glass door that I still need to replace but to this day, 3 weeks+ after I was assured that somebody would call me, nobody called. That tells me that they simply didn't care about my request that could have built up my confidence to continue with the project I was willing to talk to Window World about the issue and maybe hear some assurances that what happened during my initial 3 window installation wouldn't happen again but their refusal to call me back confirms that I should go ahead and finish the replacement of all the other windows in my house with another company. We will soon be calling company #2 that Window World beat during our initial bidding process to complete our window replacement process. I will again ask for this new company to install 3 windows and based on the performance of that installation continue on to install the rest. I hope Window World reads this review and fixes their quality issues for the benefit of their customers. read more

Had our brand new windows installed this morning and they are absolutely gorgeous. The install team was prompt, courteous and did great work. They even painted where the new frames didn't quite cover the old. We did have an issue with 2 issues being measured wrong, but it was an honest mistake and the problem is being handled as a rush.
