Klod and the team is amazing! He went above and beyond to fix my water heater. Normally they don't do same day bookings, but he knew it was an urgent situation so he prioritized me and schedule an appointment. He also made sure that everything was working perfectly before leaving. He was giving me detailed explanations as he did the repair to help me understand the problem. Also he was extremely nice to give me consultation on questions I've had for electrical projects in the house. He even drew a diagram for me to explain how I can install my project. Last week I attempted to install a dimmer switch and I...tripped? the circuit breaker. I panicked - it was late at night, I was home alone with an infant, and it was very dark! I had installed a dimmer switch recently without any issues so didn't foresee this. I called Klod who patiently asked me a few questions and told me to go down to the basement and find the...main circuit breaker? and reset it from there. I followed his advice and about 10 minutes later I was no longer in the dark! Could he have given me attitude and told me not to play with electricity? Yes. Could he have told me he'd be there in the morning and charge me to do it himself? Yes. Could he have NOT offered to stay on the line with me as I went into the creepy basement? Yes! Klodian and team were great. We had to replace all of our recessed lights and add several new ones on 2 floors. They also added several dimmers and replaced all our switch plates. They provided great consultation about our options before the job (and actually guided us away from more expensive options) and quickly shared a detailed quote which was very reasonable. During the job, they put a lot of time into preparing the area to prevent it from getting messy (even wore shoe covers) and ensuring the measurements were precise using laser rules. They got the job fairly quickly (all in 1 day) They also took all the COVID-19 precautions with masks, etc. Very professional and great communication. Had Klodian come clean up a really old set of boxes at the main, replace two subpanels with new larger subpanels, and run two 240v lines to the exterior and create disconnect boxes for condensers for minisplit acs. The HVAC installation was on a Thursday and Klod and his team came on Monday and worked like crazy to get it done in time for my Thursday install. Klod is super professional, easy to talk to and friendly guy. Pricing was extremely fair. Also wore masks and were very respectful. I needed a 14-50 installed in my backyard parking lot for my Tesla and Klodi was by far the easiest electrician I had the opportunity to work with. He knew what I needed just off of a few images and provided a very reasonable quote. His team was very punctual and was highly professional throughout the whole process. I needed 3 dyna glo electric garage heaters- 34,121 btu, 10,000 watts, 240 volts installed into our 3,500 square foot warehouse and Klodian and his team at Titanium Electrical were able to get them installed within 2 days of setting up the appointment. I had called 3 other electricians to get cost quotes and Titanium was the only company that came out to our location with masks on, took measurements and provided us a accurate quote within 24 hours that was fair and reasonable. The other companies had me send a video of what we were looking to do and I felt that without looking at our current electrical set up they would not be able to accurately quote the job and would get hidden fees. Once we agreed on price Klodian and his team set up installation 2 days later. On arriving they had a team of 3 working on the converting the power and installing the pipe work. The job took longer than expected as many of the pipes needed specialty bends and required a lot of work to get a clean look that fit with the rest of the space and ran along the walls with the other pipes ( we have a raw workspace but still want things to look nice). They also took the time to ask us questions about the angles we wanted the units mounted so we got the best heat flow through out the space and figured out bracing in the internal wall to hang the heavy units. This left us feeling much better as we know that everything was done correctly and would not have to worry about them falling or incorrectly hooked up to the breaker box. The job ended up taking a full day ( 11 hours ) and they were onsite working the entire time with masks on and with good positive attitudes. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone in the NYC area and will use them again if we need further electrical work done on our space. They treated our space as if it was there own and you could see that they care about the quality of work they are doing no matter what the job is. This is something that's important to me when I look for contract work and I'm glad i took the time and read the other positive reviews on Titanium electrical. I live in an apartment and my bedroom+closet electricity has been acting up. I need to turn on and off the switch in the breaker box multiple times a day, however, one day it just decided not to work anymore. As the temperature is dropping, I had to get it fixed so I can turn on the heat before the winter hits New York. Klodian showed up on time. He's very professional, friendly and polite.
