I would not recommend this company. I was told that the timeframe I gave them to come to my place was "perfect" and that I would hear back from them this morning to schedule. Apro was pretty quick to respond to my request for installation EV outlet. They came within a week and was punctual. Installed the outlet as requested. However the outlet stopped working after a rainstorm. suspect due to poor insulation shorted out. Contacted Javed many times to try to schedule to get it fixed since they told me guaranteed labor for 2 years. But he has yet to respond to my texts for 2 weeks... he picked up once and has since been ignoring my texts and calls. Now may have to pay another electrician to fixit. Summary: Very fast response and came do the work right away. However, if anything is wrong with the work, they will not honor their 2 year labor guarantee.... Kind of disappointing.
