Lenny came over right away, scoped the property out, and gave me a competitive bid. He was easy to talk to, friendly and forthcoming with details. The whole job took Lenny, David and Gustavo about 4 days, including pressure washing, trim removal & replacement, taping off, detail work and cleanup. The results were entirely satisfactory. The next day we rcvd. the estimate for painting the exterior of our one story home, which was far less than I anticipated. He had given a 5 year guarantee, he came back to look, agreed something didn't go right, and said he would fix it. That was 18 months ago and now it looks even worse after going through an Oregon winter unprotected. I have called, texted, emailed and he is no longer responding to me. I offered to pay again, since the initial job looked great, and I assume it was a bad batch of stain, AND I offered not to hold him to 5 year guarantee again. No response. But the "warranty" apparently is bogus, and he is not even giving me the courtesy of telling me he is unwilling to fix things, and unwilling to give me any recommendations for a different painter. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
