Shout out to GILBERT from TITLE 24 GUYS. He's all you need when needing an energy report for your home. He was well communicative and very responsive from beginning to end. He answered all the questions I gave him and he was well knowledges about this type of work. I'm not to familiar with energy reports to be honest but he was like a professional teacher the whole way guiding me and teaching me about what was going to be done. He did a couple codes front he energy meter and also explained that to me. It took about 2 days the most to receive the energy report and it was via email. The energy report I recieved by this place was superb. We were able to send energy specialist to my home and checked out every little aspect of my home. They took the time to make sure that we had the accurate report needed. The energy specialist explained every energy code to me. Long story short, my original title 24 engineer did a below par report for me to get my permit. I did not notice any issue until I started to purchase my windows and found out the U-factor and SHGC number that my original engineer used on the report is unachievable or I will have to spend $20000 to buy the super low-e argon windows from different manufacturer to comply Title 24. I tried to have my original engineer did my report again, he tried several times but still could not figure out a good solution. I was very frustrated. I talked to the window company to see whether they have any recommendations. They told me to contact Gilbert. I had my contractor called Gilbert since I do not want to get ripe off. My contractor was impressed by Gilbert's knowledge. (My contractor is a very picky person). So, I contacted Gilbert immediately and sent him my original report. Within a day, Gilbert redid my Title 24 report. He fined tune different components on the title 24 report and now I can use the windows that was originally proposed on my drawing. I was so so happy. I saved $20,000.00 (btw, they are aluminum windows and multi-sliding doors) I am so thankful for what Gilbert did. He is very knowledge, responsive, patient and very nice. . I rarely write reviews on Yelp and I must write one for Title 24 company. I would give Title 24 10 solid stars if I could. Gilberto is one of the most honest and professional I have ever worked with. I did a minor remodel for my home, and the city required a Title 24. When I reached out to Gilberto, he said the my remodelling would not need a full report , and he sent me a short version with all information filled out. He did NOT charge me anything for his work. This review is a bit long overdue, but I want to recommend anyone who needs Title 24 work should absolutely consider using Gilberto. I was remodeling my house and had called a couple of other Title 24 engineers for estimates, etc. Gilberto was the most responsive, informative, and had a great price. On the original scope of work, he was extremely quick in completing the report. Additionally, he even helped with any minor change requests we needed due to the change of the architectural plans. And on top of that, even months after he was done with his work, he still helped us out on a couple of Title 24 questions we had and didn't charge us anything extra. We cannot express how grateful we are to have found the Title 24 Guys. We were having problems with our Engineer who kept telling us that our design choices would not pass title 24 and we would have to go with his design choices. Lo and behold, we found Gilberto, our grace and savior, who helped us pass title 24 without having to sacrifice our "design choices". He was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with answering all of our questions.
