They scheduled us several weeks out from our call and all seemed fine until the day Cape Cod Septic Services was due to arrive. We were told to expect the truck between 8 and 11 so work schedules and such were arranged so someone was home. At 9 the office calls to say the driver is ill and the job will be done tomorrow/Saturday morning between 8 and 10. Guess what - after changing plans for yet another day no one comes, no one phones and calls made are not returned. We thought perhaps we got the message wrong and they would be coming Monday morning. If you're thinking -they didn't show again - you would be correct and still no phone call returning our calls from Saturday nor any explanation as to why no one showed. Our recommendation is skip this company and the hassles and go with Ready Rooter.

After many emails and unanswered phone calls I received a proposal for the project. I requested one small language change that they agreed to and I agreed to them doing the project for roughly $116,000. Months went by while I was awaiting the final draft of the contract. All calls to their office go unanswered with a message that their mailbox was full and calls to the cell of the representative who bid the project always went unanswered and his mailbox was always full. Finally, the week of April 10th I received the final contract dated the same as the one five months prior without the already approved language addition and an increase in total price of $24,000. They would never give a start date and ultimately I was told that they just have too much work to be answering phone calls. This company is about as unprofessional as it gets, They appear to be in way over their heads and I would be very, very skeptical of considering them for any project.

I called a competent company and they returned my call and sent a technician out before CC Septic has even talked to me. The service is terrible and the technicians incompetent! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
