I spoke with Holly and scheduled an appointment to have her husband Keith come to my home in Tiverton RI and have everything checked out. Keith did an amazing job; totally cleaned out the septic tank, washed the filter and hosed down all the plastics inside the tank and suggested ways to help better maintain the system between scheduled cleanings. Our lot is difficult to access in terms of elevation drops and narrow passages, and yet it turned out to be possible thanks to Ed team's skills and what seems to be a really wide range of available machinery. Rob, our technician knocked on the door, introduced himself and we walked the property back to the location of our septic system. Why builders always place these systems way out back is beyond me. However, Rob jumped on the job, running hoses, and I mean a LOT of hose back to the tank and started the task. Did I mention it was a hot miserable day? Rob finished quickly and cleaned up PERFECTLY! Bay State Sewage is lucky to have a technician of Rob's ability and personality. A good man! One impressive comment I must make, Rob is the first pumpout driver to come onto the property and leave without burying those big dual wheels carrying a lot of weight into the soft spring grass. Not a trace. Rob is a guy who cares about what he does. Kudos! Additionally I need to give a shout out to the office personnel, specifically Caitlin, who had a negative response from our Credit Card. NOT HER FAULT, I forgot to give them a new replacement card number. At the end of a very busy day. Caitlin was patient and understanding in senior citizen memory issues. Start off by saying they not once called to tell us they were coming to my property and had to move things that were in their way without asking (vehicles and other equipment, they were very rude and treated us like it had nothing to do with it. Treated my wife like she was an idiot for asking them to do a simple task. We bought this house in October 2025 and they just finished the job and it is the middle of may 2026. Would not recommend this company to anyone, id pay more money to have it done in a more timely fashion with a company that doesnt treat people this way. STAY AWAY
