Yet just a few months after the job was completed we had serious issues with the materials Capewide used as in they were defective. We made endless attempts to reach Joao, phone calls, text messages, emails and calls to his office all produced zero results. If your looking for a friendly "talker", Joao fits that category....beyond that we would strongly advise against using him. If I could give zero stars I would.

William Harvey was the only one who responded. He came the day after we contacted him. He completed the work within 2 days and sent us the completed inspection report 2 days after that. As to the rest of the inspectors on the list, it has been 2 weeks since we called them and none of them even returned our calls. Bill Harvey and his wife Jean run a class-act business and are great people to deal with. They kept us informed and charged less than the no-show guy was going to. I called again 3 hours later and they said they would call me in the morning. Never called! I called several times this morning and could not get through. It is now late afternoon and no response. I called a competent company and they returned my call and sent a technician out before CC Septic has even talked to me. The service is terrible and the technicians incompetent!
