Guess what - after changing plans for yet another day no one comes, no one phones and calls made are not returned. We thought perhaps we got the message wrong and they would be coming Monday morning. If you're thinking -they didn't show again - you would be correct and still no phone call returning our calls from Saturday nor any explanation as to why no one showed. After he left, I looked online and it was about $75 of chemicals. I called up to complain and the company escalated it internally and responded by refunding $100. It was fine result in the end, but left me wondering how many other customers dramatically overpaid and did not complain? So word-to-the-wise, don't get upsold on the chemicals. Refuse the offer and go buy it elsewhere at different online retailer or Home Dept or whatever.
