Had a great class at title boxing today while visiting my in laws in Cincinnati. Sarah was super helpful and great from the start in setting me up. Kaz was a really tough and fun instructor, I burned a nice 500 calories in class. Another instructor Kate was in class and also very friendly. There's street parking around and the wraps are a reasonable price of $12. Definitely recommend Title boxing in general ans this location is an excellent one! read more

Took my first class yesterday... today I'm feeling muscles I had forgotten about. Loved the energy and how welcoming everyone was (Thank you Kaz and Morgan!). The clases were good for all fitness levels. Regardless if you're a rookie or a Heavy/light weight champion, you're going to get a workout. Things to consider.... This club is amazing. I don't usually stick with a fitness routine too long, but you can't help but be motivated every time you walk into Title Boxing Club in downtown Cincinnati. From the big smile that treated you when you walk in to the supportive and very capable instructor to the members themselves, you will never get bored or have a lack of motivation. Title Boxing is my new favorite workout! The workouts are TOUGH and the staff super friendly. You are always welcomed by a friendly face at the front desk when you arrive - whether it is the owners or Alli or another front desk worker, they all take the time to get to know you at a personal level and make sure they know you on a first name basis. Your first class is free and the staff is super helpful if you are a first time boxer - they get you signed in/up, give you gloves, wraps, etc. and help you make sure you are wrapped correctly, know the basics of the punches and where to punch on your hand/the bag, and make sure that the trainer knows you are new so they can help you throughout the class. There are 45 and 60 minute classes - be ready to get your a** kicked in the 60 minute class. There are 12-15 minutes of warm-up in the 60 minute class, followed by eight 3 minute boxing rounds that have 1 minute of active recover in between. At the end there are 15 minutes of abs that are KILLER - be ready to be sore for days. The instructors are very motivational, repeat the moves multiple times and come over throughout the class to try and push you harder. At the end of class it isn't abnormal for members to linger and chat with the instructor/owners/front desk workers. Other things: I have never taken a shower here post class but there are multiple showers/bathrooms for members to use and lockers to house your belongings during the class. There are always deals going on if it is your birthday month, free drinks after class on Wednesdays, bar crawls on weeeknds, etc. - basically the community here is great. The pricing now is $80 month for 4 classes, $120 for 8, and then a little more for a monthly unlimited. Honestly, $20 for a class is not bad when you compare to cycling, barre, crossfit, etc. I bought my wraps from this location for $12, and then bought my gloves on Amazon for $40 - only the first time are our wraps/gloves free. I hate doing the same thing over and over again, and that's what I felt like with my workouts. I looked into Title on a whim, and it's safe to say that I won't be turning back. The atmosphere is phenomenal, and the owner is genuinely interested in getting to know the members that are coming all the time. I typically go to Wendell's classes, and he will kick your butt! Going to class is one of my favorite parts of the day. Awesome trainers, great atmosphere and an overall fun workout. I was hesitant of the price, because I honestly didn't think I'd go enough to justify it. That isn't even a concern anymore, as I can't get enough! You're not going to regret trying out a class. My lady has an extremely stressful job so I took it upon myself to force (lol) her to find hobbies and release stress by doing something fun or active. We live downtown and I've walked by Title Boxing Club every day without giving it a second thought. One day on my walk, I see a sign for a free 3-day pass to try the gym. What better way to release stress than punching a bag?! We sign up and went 3 times and the workout was SO much more than "punching a bag". You get a full body workout plus learning boxing techniques that make you feel like a total bad***! The atmosphere is high energy and the owners, Keith and Molly, are so personable. They WILL remember your name and make you feel apart of the team. After our free trial, we signed up for a membership. We're excited to get in shape and try all the instructors. instructors are amazing and knowledgeable. classes are good and serve it's purpose. extremely loud music with broken speakers. beware of cancellation policy and fees vary per day and time. so if you schedule on a Friday at 10pm for 11:30am next day, and changed your mind 10 minutes after booking, they will charge you $10.00 penalty because you didn't cancel by 9PM! read more

I get the benefit of a fun, challenging and effective work out, while in the company of members and trainers who have become like family to me. I have tried several different workouts over the years and never stuck with anything for more than a few months. After hearing about boxing workouts from a friend I tried Title Boxing at their downtown Cincinnati location. From the beginning I was impressed. The workout was tough and kicked my butt the first time. However, the great trainers and staff made it enjoyable. They provided a ton of support and energy all the while allowing me to go at my pace. The environment between staff and clients is very laid back and friendly. There is tons of positive energy and I continue to energized to go back again and again. A friend from work suggested I put to try it out given the first class is free. After that first class, I was hooked and joined immediately and started going multiple times a week. It then turned into going just about everyday. No matter your skill level, you'll feel right at home with the awesome trainers and can always go at your own pace. You'll get the best workout ever here, but it's really the staff that makes this place. The owners and staff have made this place like a family. Classes are at tough times, with little variability or offerings. Tried to call multiple times to no answer. Great coaches normally, but some are hard to understand, which makes doing the combos tough. Strict on the cancellation policy, which I understand, but they also don't reach out to understand circumstances. 18 days may not be the required 30 day notice, but they should be able to figure out how to not charge me in 18 days. Too expensive for what you get--I already belong to LA Fitness and they have bags I can use for my $25 a month membership and not the nearly $100 I pay here. read more
