The saunas are the biggest difference, I like enjoying the Edmond locations most, N.May and South OkC are so dim lit and cramped, creeky wood, old dial machines, doesn't really feel relaxing or give you enough space to stretch your arms or legs, Edmond's location also has a private tanning room and a kids play place, big wins with those but S. OkC does have a little 'shop' for all of your gym beverage and edible needs, so that's convenient.

To choose this time, seemingly years after the fact, to address this in a public format to slander someone that she contracted to train her is not only bad but shows the lack of personal discretion and class. She violated the Yelp! Policies of conduct by mentioning an individual by their full name, in essence doxing him, and is doing everything she can to try to affect his livelihood. The trainer mentioned has been my personal trainer for several years, prior to the pandemic beginning, and has done everything he can to work with everyone that is assigned to him and has worked with my personal schedule on several occasions because...life. nothing that she mentioned is believable since it is behavior that I have never seen him exhibit during my time training with him when there are MANY people in the gym wearing form fitting workout apparel. Her stated personal appearance issues could have easily been addressed with the trainer ot management at the time that she was under contract since these are issues that should be addressed at the lowest and most direct level possible. She could have easily requested an alternate trainer much like anyone could request an alternate medical professional should they feel uncomfortable. This person should be flagged for their inappropriate posting and if they still have a contract with the gym, then it should be terminated post-haste to prevent further detrimental attacks of character to other workers. She needs to grow up and learn that she should adjust to the world, use her voice, and stop hiding behind a keyboard. I liked this location a lot more than the Quail even though this location is smaller in square footage. The layout is just a lot better due to the upstairs or upper level where there's all of the cardio equipment I didn't like majority of their upper body machines since, the handles are all slanted. I have shoulder issues so "neutral" grip positions for my wrist work better for me either vertical or straight across, but not angled. I was lucky and went during a day and time that wasn't too crowded. I probably shouldn't give out this precious information, but I don't come here regularly so, I'll do my good deed for today here on Yelp. I went on a Wednesday at 11AM, and I didn't have to wait for any of the cable machines or attachments, and I didn't have to wait for any of the upper body pull machines that day either. Upstairs seemed comfortable with a lot of cardio equipment still available. Not sure if I'd ever switch to Crunch especially with most people saying they have issues reserving a class, and the fact it's busy from morning to night. I wished they had capped the membership so, people could be comfortable, but I guess money is money, and being a corporate company, it's no wonder.... However, I'll say this location was clean, and comfortable when I went, but the equipment is not as good as Life Time's, and there isn't a pool, hot tub, or steam room. There's an infrared room, sauna, and I believe hydromassage and cryo, but I doubt it's easy to reserve with over 4000 members. I give this gym an avg rating of 3-stars. It's nothing fancy, the front desk people were courteous to me, and the bathrooms were clean which was a plus! However, the equipment area is so so, and 4000 members seems a bit too much.

This is unavoidable and I got charged this, despite going up to a desk and signing next to a big banner that said no hidden fees. On top of the monthly fee there is also an annual fee. Because I downgraded, they charged me this annual fee a second time in one year. These people are rip off artists who are not to be trusted.
